I had the privilege of making 120 mini lemon merinque tarts recently for a friends wedding and I ordered the sweet mini pastry cases directly from The Gourmet Pantry. Delivery was prompt and packaged extremely well avoiding any breakages. Their pastry is light and perfectly crisp.
