Couldn't recommend highly enough. Started a new business and from moment one to my open day, the customer service from Sumup was excellent and the system was ideal for what we needed.
What a great experience! Matt Day has been brilliant and helped me very patiently to switch over from my current till provider. Matt is professional, extremely knowledgeable and I strongly recommend him.
Our Epos provider went out of business during lockdown so we needed to find a replacement ASAP
After looking around I decided to try Goodtill, reviews were good and we needed to find a provider who would be supportive and on the phone while we got going.
I phoned and spoke to someone who seemed hurried and actually quite impatient with me. All of my details were taken, and I was promised someone would call me back to discuss our software and hardware needs.
2 weeks later and this has not happened, I suppose it was a near miss for us!
I can only assume that they are getting busy as we return from lockdown and as we only wanted one terminal we were not a priority.

Switching here as an izettle pro customer after izettle ceased development. They've now replaced it with izettle food and drink which is a crippled version of what izettle pro was.
The Good Till seems to offer a lot more functionality and so far customer service has been fantastic.
Superb support! Right from the beginning of our relationship with Goodtill the staff have been brilliant. Nothing is to much trouble. They run a tight knit knowledgable and friendly team. I have recommended them to many of my business network and we look forward to having a long term relationship. Goodtill are our go to team for up to date current systems that run efficiently and effectively!

I would just to say what a brilliant service from these guys from start to finish.
We took out an account with Good Tills back in April during the first lockdown for a delivery & collection service and the system was very easy to use for us & our customers.
We have decided not to offer deliveries or collection and to close until 2nd lockdown is lifted, so dont have a use the the system anymore.
However, Good Tills have been brilliant in helping me close down our account and even gave me a refund when they did not have to.
I am so impressed with their honesty and integrity, that i felt compelled to give a well deserved review.
Thank you to all the Good tills team, especially Ben whom I have been communicating with.
Any potential customers looking to join, then definitely to do as they really are super friendly and helpful.

We have been using TGT for over 3 years now. The functionality of the Till keeps evolving for the better. The additional features to aid us in managing our customers and sales has been invaluable to help us grow our business. In comparison to other Till / POS providers, it offers great value for money. We primarily deal with Kyle if we need any training or shown how to use the new functions. Nothing is ever a problem. His knowledge of the product is phenomenal.
I can't speak highly enough of the Goodtill. I manage 18 different outlets and the support, installations and customer relations teams at Goodtill are outstanding. They are always on the end of a phone or email for any support required, and are constantly updating and innovating their products.
Opening our venue after 3 months of lockdown was a daunting experience made so much easier by the amazing Goodeats system and the support offered to my customers and I in set up.

What a great decision. We have 8 locations all seamlessly using the system and the company are also evolving and developing as demand requires.

We've been a customer of GT from a few months after they began. We came to them after a period of searching for the right solution for our shop.
Before we actually bought the system, we were firing questions at the team and testing the system and I had very good communication from them.
GT have been incredibly helpful over the past 3 years and taken many of our suggestions on board and incorporated our views into their software.
As with all software providers and new technology there have been a few blips along the way and things haven't always been perfect however, the team at GT have never wasted time to help address our concerns and put things right when they can.
We had an issue with some of the initial delivery but GT quickly sent replacements.
Even during COVID-19, the team at GT have been there to help work with us to develop solutions.
Over the years too I have had amazing experiences with Ben who always helps us how he can. Rob has often valued our input as technical users and for offering solutions to some of their problems. Adrian went above and beyond to help us integrate our till into a large screen menu board and Artemis does her best to keep the help desk running.
The team at GT is growing due to the success of what they do. As that happens there may be some training issues to address but the sentiment is there and there will always be someone available to help.
Were now on first name terms with many of the team and having a mutual respect for each other can only benefit both parties. Unlike other companies out there, GT are willing to listen and adapt software if it's possible to do so and if you work with them.
Generally over the past 3 years, GT has managed to fit our needs very well. There is room for improvement but that's the thing with GT, it's always evolving and improving.
I often recommend the system to anyone who asks. You get out of it what you put in. Invest time with the team and you'll have a solution which works.
