I have had this pillow before and its brilliant so I had no hesitation to order another one. However it fell apart after ordering. Using the tracking number given I stayed in on the day stated for delivery but no parcel. I contacted both the courier yodel and this site, I am still waiting for a reply from this site, a week later.
Thankfully the parcel arrived the next day, even thought the tracking site said it was still at the warehouse. I owe my neighbour a big thank you for taking it in

I ordered a pillow and after several days have still not received it .... Got an email stating the courier has lost the parcel and will send another out ..... Very poor

The butterfly pillow is brilliant! I've suffered with my neck for some time and this has really helped. I no longer wake up with s stiff neck several times through the night! Money well spent!

Ordered a simple pillow case cover, was in my possession early next morning!

Brought a snore relief pillow for a large person who sleeps on the side - within a month it had disintegrated. Absolute waste of money will not buy again.
Would give minus stars but that is not an option

Pillows arrived within a couple of days of order: one slim, one thicker pillow. Both are very comfortable and have improved our quality of sleep noticably. Very reasonable prices, when compared to other similar products. Would recommend.
Website also offers helpful advice. It is reassuring that this site was started by a chartered physiotherapist, as the advice and products are likely to be evidence-based.

Great pillows, thought they might be abit small for my liking but they're comfortable and quality materials.

love these so much I keep buying them for gifts for family and friends as i want them to share what is so great about them. They look lovely, they feel lovely; I've heard they will help prevent wrinkles but most amazing of all is that i've noticed a real big difference with the way my hair looks and feels in the morning - an added bonus I wasn't expecting. Highly highly recommend, everyone should have one!

This pillow is great! I bought this as I am a front sleeper and needed help to sleep on my side once I became pregnant. This is brilliant. It is the prefect depth to put between my knees to keep my hips aligned and I do not roll on to my front at all anymore. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who is pregnant!

I am a petite person and I sleep on my side. I bought the butterfly pillow as recommended but I did not find the butterfly closed pillow comfortable. I then tried the pillow in the 'open' position and this worked better for me, the pillow is comfortable and I am sleeping better, but I still wake up with slight neck ache and a headache.

Put in my order for the pillow one day and was amazed it was delivered the next morning. Delighted with the pillow.
The website was really good and informative, and easy to use.

The pillow is excellent only as I need to be a little higher up I had to put another pillow underneath so my breathing was easier. I then used a silk pillow case to stop me getting more lines, but low and behold the pillow kept sliding off so it is more lines or better sleep.!!! It certainly keeps your neck and shoulders in alignment better so I shall persevere.

The delivery came on time and the order was as requested. As for the product, well, evidently my snoring has reduced, and I don't wake with pains in my neck and shoulders anymore
