I always book boats through them, so I have a personal manager (I don't know, maybe it's the case for first booking as well). My process is the following - I search for a boat on their site, send quote, after that my manager contacts me (usually on next working day +-), and we talk over the phone, discussing my actual requirements, and shortly after that she sends me a list of offers, which could include the original boat or not (but usually does). In some cases I stick with my original boat, in some I choose the boat from their list, because they somehow manage to find boats better than me :) Also, last time I had a 10% discount, and honestly, I don't remember if I had it previously, maybe yes, but anyway, it allowed me to take the boat I didn't consider because of budget limitation. So, guys doing great, I'm happy with them.
