Happy customer
Placed order via NOTHS and wasn’t accepted by seller after 24 hours so started to panic thinking it wouldn’t come in time. Some negative reviews swayed me to contact company to cancel order. Received a prompt reply and guarantee it would come and it did within two days. Very happy and to order from this company again.
Good Experience
I had a pretty good experience with Forest & Co - we ordered a brown leather pouffe, and the quality is fantastic. There were small issues with the delivery but nothing that a phone call did not sort out. Elaine was really helpful. I feel at times Parcel Force let them down as trying to deliver something over Christmas must be a nightmare.
Stressful and disorganised
This shopping experience was very stressful as the store is just so disorganised. We have just (27th December) received the chair we bought after ordering it on the 11th November. It took lots of chasing via emails and phone calls to get updates on the shipping and in the end we weren’t even told when it was dispatched, a parcel force driver just knocked on the door so it was lucky we were in. Once you get them on the phone they’re friendly and helpful but not very communicative otherwise. There was multiple times I thought it best to get a refund and call it a day but glad I didn’t because the chair has arrived and it is lovely quality. If they are overwhelmed with orders over the Christmas period they should close their website or hire more staff rather than leaving customers to wonder where their order is
Abysmal customer service
Words cannot express the frustration I feel about this company. Yes, we got what we ordered and yes, the product is good (two of the Etched Copper Side Tables/Stools). Website states that the delivery is 2-3 weeks but it took 5. Order placed and acknowledged November 11th with no estimated delivery date so I emailed 3 days later asking for an ETA as I knew I was away for a week in December. No reply. So I phoned on November 23rd. The lady was "very sorry" I'd not had a reply to the email and said delivery was expected "end of next week". No news and no delivery. Phoned again on December 4th, kept on annoying "all agents busy" hold message for 15 minutes then "no-one can take your call" and line cuts off. In frustration I send an email - No reply. I phone again on December 6th and get the same 15 minute hold and then get cut off. I send another email and even added "Chasing again and again" to the title of the email to try and get some attention - Nothing. Finally, I call again on December 8th and get through to a lady who tells me that people are off, she's by herself and the phone's ringing off the hook. At least she is courteous and is able to confirm and agree a delivery week of December 18th. All went smoothly with the carrier and the tables/stools arrived well packed and in good condition. We are pleased with them but the whole experience has been marred by the total silence and more than annoying phone experiences so we won't be using them again, even though they have nice stuff.

Excellent company to deal with, thrilled to pieces with the canvas tote bag & despite something missing from the parcel I spoke to a extremely helpful lady who is going to get the item sent out asap. Will definitely use this company again
Don't buy anything from this company
If it was possible to score this company minus stars I would, please please avoid purchasing anything from them at all costs. Customer service is a joke they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails. My advice would be to spend your well earned money with a company who deserves it and knows how to run a business. This company are clowns. AVOID

Bought item from this company, Via not on the High Street. Item arrived damaged, and I requested replacement, which was promised but never received. I have followed up with not on the High Street who have contacted them.. a month down the line, still no resolution. This seller and not on the High Street are a nightmare contact and find contact details for! I was sent a replacement box which arrived 23 December
Awful experience
Some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered sadly. An initial problem with supply (which meant missing my friend’s birthday) was not totally irredeemable but their failure to do what they promised time after time, not calling when they said they would (3x) has left me angry and upset. I’ve wasted hours trying to sort it out and they really don't seem to care. I hate doing this but I have been left with no other way to vent my frustration. I couldn’t get through on the phone despite trying numerous times. I don’t want anyone else having the same problem.
Avoid!
I placed an order for some slippers, which were an intended gift for my sister's birthday, on September 23rd. The slippers didn't arrive after two weeks so I contacted the company and they said they weren't available but should be available the following week. Two and a half months later, 5 emails later. Nothing. Zero. I have asked for a refund and still received no reply never mind a refund. Shocking customer service. I will be contacting my bank to get a refund. This is the first public negative review I have left for a company and I have not done it lightly. The company have been given numerous opportunities to rectify and respond, but have chosen to ignore my emails. Avoid!

Ordered a mirror of there website did not say lead time on order, waited a week and half no dispatch email contacted Elaine from forest & co after many attempts,was informed that there was a lead time of 2 weeks, that time frame slipped by emailed again nothing reached out on Instagram nothing eventually got Elaine on the phone and requested a refund which she politely done,

Order Not Arrived
I ordered from this company in August and September and have not received either orders despite numerous emails. We are now in November and I have not received the orders or a refund but still chasing.

AVOID!!!
I have been a loyal customer of The Forest & Co for many years and whilst I have had to wait for a few items in the past - I've been patient and forgiven their poor customer service - putting it down to them being a small independent company. No more! I ordered a lamp base on 3rd August - 3-months on... nothing! No lamp and no correspondence from them. I've called twice and emailed 4 times - still nothing. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've given them so many chances to rectify the problem and I now can't think of what to do next. I'm so disappointed!

After my initial review (above) I was contacted by The Forest & Co and told that my item would be in the following week - that was over 2-months ago. I have emailed on 9 separate occasions and no reply. The phone rings for ages and then goes to voicemail. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a large personalised shopping bag to use for my pilates equipment. The first bag the handle broke immediately, I received a new bag with very quickly and must say the customer service and quality of the bag has been excellent . Thank you. I would highly recommend
Overall delighted!
After a shaky start, due to there being delays in the provision of the order, we have to say that the personal involvement, tenacity and ownership of our case by Elaine, resulted in an excellent outcome. The goods were delivered on the day promised, beautifully packaged, 1st class quality and exactly as described. We are delighted and would recommend the company to others. Just make sure you clarify at the outset the expectation of delivery timescale so everyone's expectations are and remain aligned throughout.
Good intentions
I initially gave a 1 star, but have now changed it to 4. Think they still need to get extra staff on before their can offer a 5 star customer service, but having just spoken to Elaine, I believe they are well intentioned.
My refunds have been refunded
They have been inundated with orders and not been able to respond efficiently and all my emails were not received, so the service was poor. She has said that the busy period has passed and the junk folder in her mail will be constantly checked from now on.
She says she always answers the phone, so do 'hold on' if you're trying to get through.
Avoid avoid avoid!!!
Never one to leave negative reviews but honestly quite possibly the most appalling customer service! I ordered a mirror nearly 2 months ago, 4 delays… all of which I had to chase an update for. It took nearly a week to get a reply to my first enquiry and only after I had involved Not on the high street. Feeble excuses about specialist courier delays… yet they’re still advertising said mirror for sale with an ETD as the 11th of November by ROYAL MAIL.
I’ve since requested a refund and been met with radio silence. Yet again.
A brilliant company to use if you wish to pay for something, never receive it, and waste your time chasing for information.
