update 25.02 - received most of my order yesterday after fhey finally followed up and then refunded some and express posted, but STILL no confirmation on why it was not all send etc
the product is fantastic, if you can get it and have plenty of patience on receiving it and getting no replies, thankfully i wont have to deal with them again, given up on receiving the rest as it not worth my time to keep chasing them
ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - they dont send anything, they never reply, just a complete waste of my time and money

*update finally contacted me after a week of trying, so will wait and see if I actually get it, but upgraded as they finally responded

Terrible customer service. You can only email and get 0 response. They took our money but the package has been sitting for almost 2 weeks in Texas

The items came very late and one item was defective. I reported the issue with the balance beam January 3rd and am still waiting for a resolution.

The material and video footage revealed a well structure program aim to facilitate the progression from the beginner into the more advanced exercises. From the user perspective, this facilitate and enriched the learning process and is a notorious aspect compared to other similar foot health implements.

Extremely poor!! The product never arrived after 4 weeks and I never got an answer from my email this week. I’ve also changed my google review to one.

I ordered it a week ago and tracking says it hasn't even left the warehouse yet. So there's no point asking me to review it.

The product is good quality. I did misread what I ordered and did think I was getting the foot spacers as well - my mistake

The TFC Solemate kit has truly been the best purchase for my feet in decades. I wore orthotics to help with pronation for 30+ years & have been weening myself off them for the last 2-3 years. Watching the Foot Collective videos on how the foot works gave me the understanding I needed (& wished I had seen a few decades ago!) The wild toes, hacky sack & other exercises made a difference straight away. It has been the best purchase - way better value than a series of orthotic or exercise physiologist appointments!! I'm very happy!!

A recognition that the shipping cost, at almost a third of the cost of the item I was considering, was too much and the offer of free shipping. Also the shipping was prompt, reliably tracked and so far I very happy with my toe spacers which I am wearing as I write 👍.

I love the idea of what you're doing and love the quality of the items in my Soulmate kit. You obviously have a passion for what you're doing. There's so much information on your website I don't quite know where to start but have so far been playing around with all the tools. Even though I don't know what I'm doing yet, I must be doing something right as my feet are less achy and that's only after less than 2 weeks.
