TFC gives your feet life again

I attended a The Foot Collective workshop, bought some tools and am currently doing The Foot Collective Restorative Program. The team's advice, knowledge and guidance in all materials, tools and online videos are top-notch. They have put me on a better path, naturally using my body the way it is meant, with no orthotics or squashed in toe footwear anymore! My only challenge now is to find womens footwear for work that doesn't look like a jogger or hiking shoe, that has a wide toe box and zero drop - definitely a market out there for an Australian based footwear designer. I recommend The Foot Collective to everyone - it is time to get every joint moving the way they are supposed to. Thank you TFC for giving me a new lease on life.

Foot Restoration Program is a great starting point

I'm halfway through the Foot Restoration Program and I'm very happy with it.

I didn't have major issues with my feet, just some minor aches while running and a niggling knee issue that hadn't resolved. After 6 weeks, I'm seeing progress and enjoying exploring more types of movement (even seeing a change in how my feet look). Will definitely continue once the program has finished.

A great investment in foot care

I'm so impressed with the Foot Restoration Program. Seven months ago I developed plantar fasciitis and had no idea how to get rid of the pain. Most importantly I had no understanding of foot health and how the footwear I had been using was so restrictive and damaging to my feet. After extensive research I found podiatrist Andy Bryant and The Foot Collective and then the Foot Restoration Program.

It's easy to follow and has made a real difference in strengthening my feet and ankles. Such a great learning tool! As a result, my balance feels much more stable and although balance is a work in progress I no longer feel as if I'll fall in the shower. I've changed footwear and am happily wearing zero drop, wide tox box shoes.
I'll definitely continue with the exercises after the 12 week program has finished. A worthwhile investment in your foot health!

Foot restoration program

The foot collectives new foot restoration program is easy to follow, easy to start and very effective. They have divided the program up into easily managed steps which are slowly incremented over time to build into a program that ensures your legs and feet become strong and flexible . I have never liked walking, but, since working with TFC I have started to enjoy my walks. My feet used to be cold. Not now. I used to have pins and needles in my feet. Not now. I used to have very sore little toes. Not now. I am 71 years young and feeling much better about it than I was before TFC.

Fantastic program

Fantastic program! Educational, easy to follow and most importantly I have made improvements. I went from walking 20 minutes at the start of the program to walking over an hour multiple times a week, I’m now even venturing to hills and uneven ground! Bravo TFC 🦶

Useful program

I found the program truly useful for awakening the feet and making a person more aware and sensitive to the importance that feet have in the overall health of an individual. The reflection points given in the bonus modules were excellent. The exercises adapt well to any condition and level, providing a good starting point to create healthy habits and move towards something more specific and personalized. Thank you to the TFC staff for the passion you put into your work.

The Foot Restoration Program has been a life changing experience.

The Foot Restoration Program has been a wonderful experience for me. The dedication of the creators shows in every video and follow along exercise that they provide. The benefits for me show, and after only 6 weeks of my own dedication. When I started the program I was on crutches and in pain, and now I am walking through the hills 4 miles daily and swinging up on my horse. My balance has really improved as well. I look forward to seeing where the next 6 weeks of this program will take me. Finally, it is fun and a great way to start my day!

Information and encouragement galore to help you with your feet

The information and encouragement from this group is amazing. I have learned so much about my feet and the effect on my health. Their guidance is wonderful and effective. Their Restore to Explore program is very good and I can't recommend their instructional videos and podcasts enough. You won't regret the time you put in to working on your feet and they can help you do just that.

The best help I have had in a long time!!!

This program has been created by 2 PTs and a podiatrist. I have had issues with an ankle due to an avulsion fx and my other foot due to a tear in my MP joint. After having tried PT, dry needling, orthotics I had nothing to lose trying this program for improvement.

It is methodical, seemed a bit slow at first but for those not used to routine body work, a great pace to build confidence and habit.

This program works at the underlying issues that contribute to foot problems, not the crutch of orthotics. I love the program and will continue the daily foot warm ups, the foot routines and the 3x weekly work beyond the 12 wk program.

The videos are done well and have great instruction to take you from novice to more advanced with encouragement all along the way.

Also think about changing your footwear to things like toe socks, zero drop shoes etc links are in the program as well.

I say what are you waiting for, go for it!

So empowering!!

I am just struck how much you can achieve by training your feet. As an ageing 54-year old man this program gives me great hope that I will be able to be more mobile in my old age, i.e. have more fun and be less scared to do alpine tours and the likes.
I have worn barefoot shoes for about three years now, while I used to wear orthotics until then.
Just last weekend I hiked about 45 km in two days in barefoot shoes, carrying a 14 kg rucksack. As far as my feet and joints were concerned, there was absolutely no pain. I was so encouraged and am grateful for what The Foot Collective have made possible.

The Foot Collective gave me back life and encourages me to live it more fully.

I’ve loved The Foot Collective and the Foot Restoration Program. I have had a pretty intensive surgery on each of my feet and I found The Foot Collective during the recovery after my first surgery. The tool kit I purchased helped me begin to regain strength in my feet but I still had a lot of pain in that foot, after 13 months of recovery. The Foot Restoration Program came out when it was about time to go to physical therapy after my second surgery. I opted to try this program instead of physical therapy (the path I took before) and I can’t believe the results. It’s amazing how fast my second foot has recovered and how much movement and flexibility I have in both of my feet. I also have a lot less pain. I’ve found that if I go more than a couple of days without doing my fundamentals, the pain in my feet comes back and they begin to stiffen. This program has given me my life back, and helped reduced the pain I experience. I have regained confidence in my feet and am excited to see the adventures I can take on with this renewed confidence.

The Foot Collective's Foot Restoration…

The Foot Collective's Foot Restoration Programme has been really helpful in improving my balance and foot function/strength. The exercises are easy to follow, do not take up too much time and build strength, flexibility and mobility gradually to avoid injury.

The Foot Collectove - toe spreaders, solemate and The Foot Restoration Program.

I recently used the toe spreaders, the TFC Sole Mate and then decided to launch into the Foot Restoration Program. Having had numerous foot issues and foot surgery for a Morton’s neuroma and having tried multiple adjustments within shoes - nothing was working! I started with the toe spreaders. Such a simple tool but the impact has been life changing. They have changed fundamentally how I bear weigh on my feel and I have gone from not being able to walk without heavily cushioned shoes to walking bare feet around my house. The foot restoration program has then taken it to the next level by helping me to learn how to strengthen my feet without the use of orthotics full time. The program explains everything in detail and then provides simple exercises to challenge you. I have loved every part of my interaction with the TFC. I highly recommend to anyone with ongoing foot issues wanting to learn and make change. You do need to be prepared to do the work as there is no quick fix and consistent work is required.

Huge thanks to TBC for creating such a well thought through programme

There has clearly been a lot of thought, effort & expertise put into the 12 week programme and I have found it has really helped me and my injured feet. The programme is very well laid out and sensibly encourages you to start light and slowly and sustainably work your way up progressively to more effort and at a pace your feet can handle. I have also found it hugely helpful from a mental perspective - its great to have such a comprehensive programme to follow and work towards and the team are lovely to listen and be inspired by.

The 12 week programme, which I am 3/4 of my way through has really helped me and given me a better understanding of how I need to look after my feet going forwards. Big, big thanks to the team, at TFC - you have made a big positive difference to my life :)
