The shoes i ordered did not fit like the previous 5 pairs I have ordered (same size and width). Customer service did a fantastic job of dealing with replacement shoes. They worked with me to properly measure my feet and email them the measurements. I will continue buying Fitville shoes as my go-to brand.

Both pair of sneakers fit great and my feet feel wonderful. Most comfortable my feet have been in many years.

I initially had problems with my return.
After a couple of email exchanges with the company, the return issue was resolved and I received my full refund. However, one needs to be aware that the cost of shipping to return my item was $20.00
I had bought shoes from this company previously . My only issue came with the return.
The shoes and their product are of excellent quality.

Excellent customer service with status updates until delivery. The product was outstanding! Will buy again. Great shoee, great service and a great company! Highly recommend Fitville.

Shoes fit perfectly. Room in the toe area is perfect. Comfortable all around.

I'm diabetic with a missing left big toe. I also have gigantic, heavily mutated caveman feet at size 13 6E.

Fitville is the only company that makes shoes that don't hurt me. I bought 3 pairs.

I never received my second pair of shoes even after several attempts to communicate with the company.

I recently had an interaction with the FitVille Customer Success Team regarding a refund for two pairs of shoes which unfortunately did not quite fit. They handled everything promptly and smoothly. The shoes themselves are of excellent quality, and the level of care from their support team is fantastic. They even went above and beyond by providing a discount code for my next order!. I’m incredibly happy with this experience and will absolutely consider purchasing from FitVille again in the future!

Great fit! Great price. It has taken me years to find footwear that didn’t bother my feet. The quality is very good as well. I would recommend!

When I realised my full address had not registered with autofilll I contacted Fitvile UK immediately. They were very efficient, remedied the problem and let me know they had updated it. They re-assured me that I will be receiving my fab fit shoes after all. Thanks team, really appreciate your prompt re-assuring email.

Customer service is appalling. Brought a pair in UK for 90 year old man. They sent me the wrong size twice and expect you to return to the USA which costs more than the shoes. Beware of scammers

Shoes fit very well (extra wide 4E). Able to use orthotics in soles in them. Comfortable. I did not realize when ordering that they would be drop shipped from the factory in China. Delivery took a while.
