In all my years (decades) of coding for wordpress sites, have I ever had to modify so many lines of CSS codes just to make things work. In the end, I had to buy a plugin to get things to style correctly and faster, and my clients site ran out of memory trying to get it to run. I want my day back. I moved their site to Modern Events Calendar. Seriously, I could have created a custom post type with some fields, and done this in half the time.
Great plugins, used across multiple client sites. The support team are very helpful when replying to tickets and never take too long to reply (normally within a 24hour period). Have dealt with a few different members of the support team and all are very helpful and quick to resolve most issues, self-inflicted and otherwise.

I had a recent experience with Events Calendar Pro that I had to share. The plugin works great, but what impressed me more is the stellar support. We had an issue with a website that we thought was related to this plugin. Turns out it was something different. But Atousa with the Events Calendar support team helped me resolve the issue, which got my client's website up and running again just in time for a big event. They were so grateful (and so was I!). This is the kind of company that I like to purchase Wordpress plugins from. I know they won't leave me high and dry. And Atousa went one step further and helped solve a problem that wasn't theirs to begin with. Thank you!!

HORRIBLE! Constantly breaks. Updates create huge unsolvable problems. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars for outside support and have lost COUNTLESS orders

Whilst I originally gave one star and wrote the below quoted text, someone else intervened after this having read the review and provided a great customer experience delivering a solution to the problem experienced. I have raised the rating to 4 stars and changed the title to Good support.
"Awful support. Lazy. Not reading support requests. Instead tactics of sending stalling emails feigning a comms problem on my part ! Product is reasonable. Many basic settings left to code when should be in GUI - indicates a rush to get to the next profitable thing. "
