I purchased 3 items (earrings, a cloak, and shoes for $175) on 10/22 and paid the $14.95 for expedited shipping in hopes my items would arrive for a Halloween party on 10/26. On 2/24 it said my order still had not even been processed yet. I emailed several times requesting cancellation and refund since I would not receive these items on time. They did not reply until 10/28 informing me that expedited shipping gets you 9-16 business days. HOW is that expedited? They claim the order cannot be cancelled because its already been dispatched but the tracking information says it still has not left the warehouse. I hope after I receive it I can get a full refund..

I would seriously advise anyone not to purchase from this company. The quality is beyond poor and when you ask for a refund, they respond with an offer to buy more from them at a 50% discount. Apparently because it's cheaper than you paying for the return shipping. This was a costly mistake.

They can improve by selling products worth the money you pay and setting up a reasonable refund system. Respect and care for their customers is always a good place to start. I can only hope their staff team are treated better.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. One star is too many. The product that arrived looked like 3 bin bags glued together.
I requested a return immediately and they ignored my statutory rights refusing to give me any return details until I had provided multiple photos and written an essay on why i requested the return. They then lied and suggested that as it would cost ME £hundreds to ship it back to them I should offer it to a friend as a gift.
They finally provided me with a return address and tracking number detailing 16th September as the last date to return it. Having returned it by this date I heard nothing for a month/ I have still not received a refund and they are ignoring my messages. DO NOT GO NEAR THESE CROOKS.

Just got a pair of rock shoes from a fab goth store I stumbled upon online. They're pretty sturdy and look killer with any outfit. Wish they had more colors though, but still, a solid 4-star experience!

Do not buy from this store.
I spent $459 AUD thinking I was going to be getting good quality clothes. For starters, I paid extra for expedited shipping, after 2 weeks of no emails or tracking I emailed them asking how much longer it would take. They didn’t respond for 3 days and then telling me that they would get it to me ASAP. I got an email after another 3 days saying that the carrier had finally picked it up. Now over a MONTH later the clothes have finally arrived and they’re so cheap and unflattering. Not to mention that the body suit that I brought (the item that caught my attention and lead me to the store) was sent in the wrong size and doesn’t fit me.

I went back through my bank statements to see how much I actually paid for this crap and it says the payment went to goth-n-rock, a website with bad reviews. I’m guessing these guys just tried to rebrand themselves and start again but what’s the point if you’re just going to pull the same crap rather than improve service.

Do not buy from these people. I know the clothes look cute but trust me, it’s not worth it. ALSO, despite the pricing showing in USD on the website, the clothes come from China.

Literally, the worst online shopping experience and customer service experience of my life! I ordered a rather pricey cloak for a halloween party and it took weeks to arrive. I ordered well in advance and still they couldn't get it to me on time. Their shipping notifications are a joke. No estimated time of arrival. You just have to hope it will get to you. I emailed a dozen times and each time, they took several days to respond. And each response was garbled so there was no way to even read their response. I sent them screenshots of their garbled messages and begged them to call me instead, but they just kept on sending me unreadable emails. Never got a phone call and never got a refund.

It's a scam!!
The quality is really poor! It would be ok for 10€ maybe.. not for 50!
And it's impossible to return the items!

A good purchase for anyone into gothic fashion but looking for something to wear on the daily.

I gotta say, the leather pants are comfy and stylish. Will shop again!

Complete scam. Ordered two items, size was laughable (ordered a woman's small and an average sized MAN fit into them with room to spare). Upon requesting information to return the order, was given the run around and told that since it has to ship internationally back to China it will be too expensive for me and I should actually just use a discount code they were offering me to SPEND MORE MONEY with this sham of a store. Absolutely not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

UPDATE: Responding to your response. I’ve already been through your “customer service” and my review above was based on that. You are a scam, don’t try to pretend you care or will fix this in any way because you WONT. Just refund my card if you are genuine about that. Nothing more needs to be said.

The products are expensive and so i expected them to be high quality but they were very cheap looking and badly made. They are what you would expect from somewhere like Shein or Temu. I didn't realise they are also from China so took ages to be delivered.

Love the vibe of the pieces from this store i received. Gotta admit, they know what they're doing with the gothic style.

Just got a skull necklace and the quality is topnotch and it really stands out. Five stars for sure!

Was a bit slow on the delivery, but the gothic dress I ordered was absolutely stunning! Already planning my next purchase from their unique collection.

Had a great experience finding a few unique pieces here. The quality does speak for itself, though the delivery took a bit longer than I expected. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend checking them out!

Absolutely terrible dropshipping company. I emailed them within less than 1 hour of ordering that I would no longer need the items I ordered. They responded once within the next 4 days and 5 emails. They had said it was already shipped even though on their own website it says it wasn't.

Even after the generic response they still said that my order had shipped. Again not true. Up until the 28th of September did they finally ship it even after asking for over 5 days to not ship it and to order me a refund.

Edit end of October.
Finally got to me mid October and of course the return address is somewhere in China.
