Unfortunately this company’s customer support is poor, I’m not sure if it’s AI based support or human agents as my questions are ignored or deflected. I have asked if TEC have a Resolution or Fulfilment Team but I was told TEC don’t have these departments. I asked about making a Formal Complaint & I was told there isn’t a FC procedure. This company takes zero accountability for the loss of my orders.

The top / jacket is good quality. The quality worried me when I found it was from china

Ordered two items, received one, but it was way too small. Therefore cancelled the other item and got my money back. This gave me the trust to send the received item back. Spend € 20 to send it to China. Never received my money, also not after writing that I will write a bad review…

Chinese scammers. If you want to return a product, you will be obliged to send it back to China and declare false information to the the tax office, which is a crime.
No information is provided upon purchase that the goods are shipped from China.
They do not comply with the EU regulations. Beware of those scammers and DO NOT ORDER THERE!

Still no sign of a refund.
I was sent the wrong item. I received a cheap choker not worth the money.
I was advised of a refund.

the winter coat is so light its like a binliner with a hood its a disgrace far too small waithing on the other coat it will be too small also and ive got to send them back so they comeing from china so they have to pay to go back there very disapointed this is as i went by the chart on there with the sizes its a joke this is where it has to go back to the address

It's cheap China quality. Got my skirt today and it is super smelly and thin material. The belt doesn't even close.

Just a heads up - most, if not all, of the products available from The End Cult are also on Temu for literally a fraction of the price: for instance, a choker at £26.00 is under £2.00 on Temu. And it really is the same stuff - a lot of the pictures used are identical. This is also happening in a lot of small shops and markets - Temu items being sold at huge profits. It looks as if all the 5* reviews on TP are fake (big clue - they have all done just one review). Just be aware!!! Temu's return service is great, by the way.

Item didn't look anything like in the picture. I initiated a refund process. Got the confirmation that the money will arrive back in my account in 7-10 business days. It's been over 1 month and the money is still not there.

Garbage clothing. Making me pay for return label to china!! Plus restocking fee.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A "LARGE" DENIM SKIRT WHICH IS NO BIGGER THAN A SMALL, I CAN ONLY GET IT HALF WAY UP MY LEGS..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE SKIRT IS DEFECTIVE AND DOES NOT HAVE A BUTTON HOLE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. REFUSING TO GIVE A REFUND OR EVEN OFFER A KIND GESTURE

The only good thing about this company was the delivery times. CONS: Very poor quality and doesn't look much like the pictures online. The t-shirt was WEIRDLY short and the long trench coat was a nasty shiny material and did not fit well. I definitely won't be buying from this company again. Stick with Killstar and Disturbia...

Shame there isn't a '0' star.. absolute scam.. currently in a 2 month battle over an order and a customer service with a don't care attitude, my parcel got as far as Evri local depot in UK, it was deemed to go to a parcel locker for pick up, it didn't leave the local depot, I was told they would let me know when out for delivery, the next day it was being returned to sender.! In locks with Evri to see why, couldn't get an answer, so now in a battle with End Cult for last god knows how many weeks, asking for a refund, to be ignored, and now have said that it was returned to their overseas warehouse and if I don't do a 'reshipment' by the 8th of Dec by 3pm, they will class it as abandoned and I won't get a refund.. WHY was it returned..what is a reshipment?? They have all my details, they should Just apologise for the mishap and either refund or send again! I've been arguing all the way through ! shambles.. very convenient, I emailed back as soon as they sent the email saying this, and I'm betting that I will not get an answer before 3pm on the 8th, and very conveniently won't get a refund..

My item took weeks and weeks to arrive . When it did it didn’t fit well and I asked to return it. They tried to persuade me to keep the items and choose something else - at a 40% discount. Ridiculous. I insisted on returning it and fulfilled all their requirements/paperwork. As requested I notified them when I had my tracking /proof of purchase receipt, I asked them to acknowledge my return 3 times but no reply. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND A CON. Do NOT shop here

Cheap looking, sizes not true, and an item not as described but to return I have to pay postage to China and $6 handling fee per item. Don't order from EndCult.

The jacket I had, doesn’t even resemble the jacket I ordered! And it’s not even leather. Do not buy here! It’s a scam. If only I could show you what I ordered, and what they sent me!

Do a reverse image look up and you'll find the same clothes for 70% of their asking price!!!

Very bad experience, they have charged my credit card last september, we re now in november, my purshase hasn t been sent, not professional, and nobody answer to my emails, be very careful with this website .

This is a scam. They have SO many fake reviews on this trustpilot.

Absolute shit quality and not even close to what you see on the website. Typical SoMe false marketing, cheap chinese shit. Obviously you expect something wearable, it is not. The sizing is way off, I am a medium in europe, ordered a large hoodie to be safe and it’s TOO (god save me) F**CKING SMALL.
