I bought a hat from this website and it didn’t fit, despite the measurements given on the website it was far too small. I paid to send it back (to China) but the company are insisting that they did not receive it, despite me emailing them the tracking label from the Post Office. Long story short, I paid £50 for a useless hat and another £15 to post it back - now I have no refund nor even a tiny hat. Tempting to think this a scam website?

They sent wrong shoe. Now i have to pay to send back.
Also not impressed with quality for what i paid for. Do not waste you time at this site you better off buying from
Shien or temu.

These "hair clips" are a total rip-off. For an absurd price, I got a flimsy tin cross. Save your money; these overpriced, Chinese-made nightmares aren't worth the shipping. Roughly £30 for an item worth about 10 pence. Will return and get 10 for £1 of temu

I ordered a lace dress
When it came it was not the same as pictured. The lace was a completely different pattern
When I requested a refund I was informed I would have to pay £15 to return the item !!!!
Avoid !!

Shipping was quick and the quality and fit of the clothes is excellent. I'm really satisfied with my purchase! The material feels durable too.

Terrible no returns policy. I have tried to return my items which were terrible quality and told I could get 40% off reordering the same items. Original email took 3 days to be replied to, and I think they are as a company trying to stretch out replies so that you pass the 30 day returns window. Terrible terrible company avoid at all costs.

AVOID - The End Cult is a total scam. The item we received was faulty, and we're still waiting for a full refund. The return address was fake, thus Royal Mail couldn't track it. Don't waste your time and money!

The returned parcel sent special delivery via Royal Mail has now bounced back to our address. So far there's no refund from The End Cult, cost us time and money to return the item with no result. Devious scammer!

Received really bad quality items and have been mis-sold due to a non sensical size chart and photoshopped product pictures; to the point of things being unwearable because they just don’t work for example straps not seeming to face the correct way or fastenings in the wrong place. You can’t trust the inches on the size chart because they seem to be just made up and nonsense.
Customer support has been a really unhelpful back and forth and you can only pay for a return with no guarantee of getting your money back. Be careful

Don't waste your time and money here. The jacket we received was of poor quality and badly made. It will cost you more to return for a refund and no guarantee you will get anything. We are still waiting after many weeks. We warned

Got a jacket said it was leather when it finally got here it had the tags cut out and was made of vinyl , contacted them they said it's fake leather but won't take it back said they didn't lie just didn't list everything it was made of... Nothing on this jacket is leather,and still won't give me a reason for the tags being cut out. Don't believe the BS. Plenty of other sites that won't lie to you

Ordered pants (cost me 130 dollars) that were advertised as leather. They were NOT leather.
Tried to return them to some address I was given in china. Paid money to do it, (55 dollars postage) all so that I could get a refund for false advertising (the pants are NOT leather).
The address was given to me in writing by the service agent via email.

The pants came back to me after months advising that they couldn’t deliver to the address. I was never offered a refund. Absolute bogus company. Fraudulent and tacky low quality products made in china.

First time ordering from The End Cult and everything went smoothly. I love my Gothic Zipper Top. My favourite was the size guide and how it shows you exactly what size you need for the fit you prefer and how the garment will feel. This is an awesome feature I wish every shop used!

I sent them emails ahead a time to see if the jacket would arrive in time and I got no response. So I decided to pay for the expediating shipping and then got an email from customer service saying it wouldn't be in time. I promptly requested to cancel my review before it was even submitted and they refused. The product came in and it was awful and we got a better cheap version on amazon for half the price.

Fantastic seller! Love to see the pieces they add to the shop. It's such a delight to receive the items and the shipping is fast even when shipping to Netherlands. Returns are so easy and straightforward. I don't have to worry about the quality of the items I receive. The quality is always excellent! I love the additions I've made to my wardrobe thanks to this place. :)

Great pants. Suited the event perfectly. Very dramatic style that got lots of compliments.

There is a great selection of styles I like, shipping is fast, the quality is good and I can always buy the size the site recommends and it fits perfectly every time. I've never experienced this kind of consistency anywhere else before. Really happy with my purchases.

The package arrived in less than 2 weeks which is absolutely fantastic! The quality of these leather pants never disappoints. Love this shop so much, definitely coming back for more 🖤
