Good product and support but I didn't know I'd prepay by three months
I paid for the Roland TR8S in May and received it in August.
I was told there were supply problems affecting UK sellers and the few times I emailed to ask what was going on I got prompt courteous replies.
Eventual delivery was efficient and secure and on the day I specified once I knew they had it.
I was just left thinking I could have had that £639 in my bank account for those three months, rather than theirs.
Next time I'll only buy if I know they have stock.

Fantastic pricing and service, excellent secure delivery and arrived before the due date, my item arrived on Sunday ,21 hrs after ordering it on a Saturday, absolutely outstanding. Probablly the best Audio store in existence.
