Following placing my order online, I was contacted by the company to advise that the design on one of the mugs (of 2) which formed part of my order had changed and did I want one of each of different designs or 2 of the new design. I made my decision and received my total order a few days later. How I credibly well packed, there would be no chance of breakages. Delighted with the service and the product.

I have been searching for the utility towels I wanted for quite some time, and was delighted to find them at The Crock Ltd. Delivery was as stated, the package was well wrapped, and definitely value for money.

Had bought mugs when on holiday liked them so much. Design, size, etc was a bit upset when I broke one so was pleased I was able to replace it +one just in case. Special offer for two. 👍

I was in Stow and bought a “butcher’s apron” for just £7!
Likes it so much I ordered another on line, (I had phoned them first and they were very helpful directing me to their on line site. )
My second apron arrived in a couple of days.

If I could rate these people higher I would. I wanted to order something off Amazon but due to my age restriction (im 67 btw) they ordered on my behalf direct from the manufaturer and mailed it to our home. Service from me is above and beyond. I hardly ever write reviews but certainly had too in this instance.
