Very good service. The original glass was broken in the post (despite the amount of protective packaging) and Clare went out of her way to ensure it was replaced very quickly. Good quality product which has been admired by many. Thank you

Good company
Had a good experience buying from this company. Products are really nice quality & the packaging was really secure. Bought two drinking glasses and they were both wrapped in a thick layer of air-cushioned material. Would definitely buy from The Craft Black Dog again if I ever have the need.

I stumbled across this gem of a company while looking for something a bit different for my husbands birthday, I chose a decanter with matching glass, I emailed Clare with a question and she phoned me within minutes, she is lovely, less than 48hrs after placing the order it was delivered on his birthday and he loves it, I will definitely be ordering more gifts soon.
