Great customer service

Recently ordered a plaque and when it arrived I was disappointed to see the image was blurred. Contacted crafty black dog who was quick to apologise that this had been missed and send a replacement straight away which was of great quality when received. Will order from here again

Royal Irish Rangers Tie

Ordered regimental tie form Craftyblackdog as it was recommended .Got it very quickly and was exactly what I expected.
The business also gives towards armed forces charities which is great and worth supporting.

Good Quality Whiskey Glasses

As an ex Matelot, I thought it would be a good idea to order whiskey glasses, each with the crests of the ships I served on.

Ordering was simple, and they arrived well packaged a couple of days later.

I have already christened them, and they are well made.
