I tried to cancel by emailing just as their website says. No response! A week later they shipped. So figure I would just return. Little did I know that I would be asked to ship them back to China. Order should have been cancelled. Did exactly what they said to do. Took them another week to respond to my request to return. Cheaply made shorts. Skirts not as advertised. I am not paying to ship something that shouldn’t have even been shipped.

I actually don’t even want to give it one star. This company is awful. It’s been over six weeks since I placed my order, and after the third week I inquired about the shipment with no response, so I said I wanted the order canceled, and I keep getting the same automated response from them. There is no sign of them even shipping the order.

This company is a joke. Ordered over a month ago and full order hasn't been received. Shipped directly from China and still in US Customs. The pair of shorts that did arrive are practically see through. Cheap product.

Disappointing! The shorts did not look anything like the photo. The material is very thin, stretchy, and looks and feels cheap. The shorts fit well in the waist, but they clung like biker shorts to my thighs. The back pockets also looked odd as they were very small compared to the back of the shorts. It also took weeks for them to arrive. I am hoping they are able to be returned. If they do not accept my return, I will add an additional review.

Horrible communication! I ordered 2 pair and when they FINALLY arrived the material is awful! I ordered the size they recommended and after washing and drying them they would have fit a toddler! Worst money I ever spent!

These shorts are awful. Not the material expected from pictures and the white ones are so thin you can see every inch of underwear. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Took a month to receive them as well. Lesson learned.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a company in China and it took 2.5 months to get an order for 4x swim trunks. When they finally came, they were not a man’s size, more like a child’s, smaller than a woman’s medium. They would only return 20% of the purchase price and I would have to pay shipping costs, which is more than the purchase price if I returned. They were so cheaply made and almost see through with no lining. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE, very unethical!

I got an email notification that my shorts were delivered to my mailbox. Nothing was delivered. I looked all over on my porch in front of my garage. Nothing!!!! I reached out to them via email four times and I have not heard anything back and I also did an Instagram message and somebody did message me back with my tracking number. Yes, I already had my tracking number so I didn’t need that kind of information I need to speak with somebody. I am so beyond frustrated and there’s no phone number that you can call. I do not recommend this company.

This is a scam. There is no way to initiate a return. You can email until you’re blowing in the face. How do we report this company or get to return our items?

NO WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN. This company is unreachable. I've emailed 3 times. The material is cheap polyester, not twill. This is a SCAM. Also the shorts get tight at the bottom of the hem and the hem is wavy, not straight, like in the photos. Also, the waist is way too big. It doesnt make sense with the tight legs. These are nothing like in the advertising images. This is FALSE ADVERTISING

Advertised as twill shorts - they are spandex and polyester - like bike shorts with pockets. Came from China so took a few weeks to get. They were inexpensive which is the only saving grace. Not willing to try returning as policy states they refund money after receipt of product within 30 days. It'll take that long to get there. Unsubscribe immediately as they spam the heck out of your inbox.

I read their website and it sounded like a great family owned company to buy from, then I got my tracking information and this was coming from China. I emailed the co. 2 times to inquire with no response. I finally received the shipment, took about 3+ weeks and was not satisfied with the color, the fabric or the construction. I emailed again that I wanted information on how to return my purchase. I got a long canned email promising they would do whatever they needed to for me to be satisfied. They however did not tell me how to return the purchase. If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I am really tired of companies not truthfully representing themselves. We have no way of knowing. Unless of course we read the reviews!

Comfy shorts is a joke I’ve emailed them multiple times to return my order the shorts do not fit properly and all I receive is an automated email response. The website says easy returns but if no one ever sends you that return label like they say they will there is no way to return your order. Save your money DO NOT order from this company. Update: to date I have still never received an email from the company to return the shorts and ended up filing a fraud claim with my bank to recover the return of my funds.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Ordered two pairs of jeans from this company! Took weeks to receive them! Spent over $80! The size was huge! I literally could put two of me in one pair! Contacted this comps via email, and I have received nothing but an automated response, for over 3 months now! I ordered in December of 2024! This company should charged with FRAUD! I’m contacting the BBB! I wouldn’t have even given one star, but you have too! They aren’t worthy of negative stars! Disgusting!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! SERIOUSLY!

Do not buy from this company! No way to return or get refund. No customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Quality is very poor only lasted 3 weeks and holes in pockets, stitching starting to come apart and the zip broke.

I ordered two pairs of shorts. I don’t like the way they fit, so I initiated a return. After four emails about a return, still haven’t heard from the company. I had to file a consumer complaint so I can send the mediocre shorts back and get my money. Pathetic

I purchased the holy grail jeans off of comfy shorts . I ordered and paid end of Oct it didn’t get sent until end of Nov . Which means if they had to send when I ordered the strike would not of affected it .Anyhow 4 months later I get them and they are crap . I ordered my size and they are in no way how they explained them . Total lies in how they advertise these . It is ridiculous and he responses were not the nicest . I think I might have been refunded a little but I would not recommend . I have ordered way before strike and they just didn’t care . All I got was strike strike but I ordered in Oct . Ridiculous customer service and shitty product . I don’t give bad reviews unless it’s the truth and that’s are not worth the cash .
Sorry just being honest. I guess u shouldn’t buy jeans of a site called comfy shirts

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I ordered two shorts and did not like the feel when they arrived. I have reached out multiple times (3 so far) to return the shorts for a refund but have not heard back to the emails I sent (per their process).
