Scheduling issues
I've been using the service for many years. The cleaners are friendly and do a good job on monthly cleans. The problem in the head office and their scheduling department. The cleaning teams do not arrive at a set time so it makes things very challenging to schedule my day around. Today they came at 8:30am when they typically come around 11:00am and I was not home, I was dropping my child off at school. This caused a major issue and the company took absolutely no responsibility in the matter. They claimed that because my preference is for mornings, that they are allowed to change the time the cleaners come as long as it is in the morning. While this may work for some people, I've decided that this isn't the type of cleaning company I want to give my business to anymore. Too many scheduling headaches. I'd prefer to agree on a set time and have cleaners arrive at that time, which this company can't promise.
