Unfortunately the original bracelet broke and the initial customer service could have been better due to a mix up over addresses. However, eventually the company agreed to replace the bracelet with an alternative as the current one was out of stock and this was after the offer of credit note or waiting for the other item. We have just received the replacement snake bracelet and it is lovely. The original charms are also very cute, just watch out as the charms fall off the bracelet quite easily when it is opened and you need to store it in closed position.

Charms are a fantastic price and fantastic quality. Delivery is prompt, and packaged really well.

Beautiful, delicate silver pieces packaged in cute drawstring pouches. Charms are very reasonably priced given how much attention to detail is put into them.

I bought the silver cross charm. It looks a bit different to the usual crosses and I got it to go on a chain as a necklace. I'm very pleased with it. Just the right size and very pretty. Delivered quickly in a nice little velveteen bag.

I love The Charm Works!! I found them when I was looking to start building a charm bracelet for granddaughter's 1st birthday. There is plenty of choice, both large and small charms, and I have just recently purchased my first pair of earrings from them too - lovely!! Had intended them to be a gift but may well keep them for me!! The delivery is always fast and the items well packaged. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back , I have granddaughter number 2 to start collecting for!!

Fantastic. Charmworks has never let me down,we gave a family tradition all the girls get a silver charm until they're 18 then they get gold, but my daughter told me today that even though she has her pandora bracelet and shes nearly 19 she would be gutted if she didn't have her charmworks bag with a silver charm on Christmas morning
