lies and unprofessional

Failed to communicate cle
arly regarding the vehicle’s condition and whereabouts
Retained the vehicle without transparency or agreed timelines
Failed to provide a clear repair plan
Attempted to apply an unlawful deduction relating to wheels and callipers
The wheels and callipers formed part of the agreed sale and were not an optional extra.
No itemised breakdown has been provided, and any attempt to deduct costs is unlawful under consumer legislation.

I am currently liable for finance payments on a vehicle I do not have.
This has caused financial loss, inconvenience, and unnecessary stress due to the dealer’s conduct.
