Quick delivery of good product

I ordered a Sherpa blanket, received a confirmation email, didn’t receive an email for a couple of weeks asking how I found the item.
I replied I hadn’t received my delivery which they were quick to respond, I received my delivery the next day.
The blanket is plush, very good quality, looks great and has a fair amount of weight to it, nice and warm. I’ll be purchasing another.
It’s not exactly as advertised but it’s close.
Would have rated 5 stars if I received tracking information.

Bunch of Liars

Wish i checked here prior to buying the item - still waiting for my order after 8 weeks and they keep ignoring my request for a refund. Have lodged a complaint with fair trading/ombudsman.
They will do everything to keep you thinking its been sent. They send you a "printed" tracking label - but its never sent - so they do that to prolong you waiting for the item (if it ever arrives)

I have no problem with the goods but I think 4 to 5 weeks to arrive i think this is not really necessary perhaps you can do something about this

They need to not mislead by saying Aussie company and Aussie made when they buy off China and then you wait 6weeks for something u could of bought off shein and received 4weeks earlier for a 1/3 of the price ..shame as I love to support Australian made and owned companies..

Don’t buy from this company! Same shipping and customer service experience that everyone else is complaining about. Still trying to get “shipping information”. Biggest waste of time trying to get answers.

I absolutely love my Sherpa Blanket purchased from the Calming Company. I am so impressed I have ordered another one for my spare double bed. I love the sleep I get as it is light but incredibly warm.

I still haven’t received my order since 31 May and customer service cannot give me an estimated delivery date nor will they commit to reimbursing me $179.99 I paid. It’s just not fair.

Terrible customer service
25 days and they still haven't shipped my order
They created a tracking number from China after my first complaint but it still hasn't been shipped
Have requested a full refund and to cancel the order

I wouldn't order from these people. I can't believe they are an Australian company. My purchase sat in the warehouse so far for 22 days and still had not been shipped. They lied 3 times, first lie - due to unforeseen reasons this has taken longer. 2nd lie - its on its way after i complained, yet is still in the warehouse. 3rd lie - we refund, but declined a refund saying its left the warehouse and it still hasn't left. I've put in a complaint at fair trading so they don't get away with it.

No shipping details. Small amount research has come up that this is cheap imported product.

This company is about as real as Pain Free Aussies, after looking at reviews on trustpilot for a cooling blanket and realising pain free Aussies wasn't the way to go I went to the Calming co Australia just to find they are using the exact same product as the other scam. If I could add photos for proof I would!
