3 weeks after ordering i contacted them through several different emails. Finally after demanding my money back almost 4 weeks after ordering, I recieved an aus post tracking number. Still not sent, just pending.now after more than 4 weeks,still no sign of the topper. DO NOT BUY FROM CALMING CO. which i had found these reviews earlier.

Absolute scammers don't waste your money

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Have not received my mattress topper , and they have stopped responding to my emails. I will be calling ACCC on Monday, and directing them to reviews on Trustpilot so they can see how bad they are. Scam company. STAY AWAY.

I love my new doonas they are so very soft and super warm I have purchased a second one and I tell everyone I know about how well they work and the price is great too so do yourself a huge favour and order one or more you definitely will not be disappointed

Ordering was simple and easy. Communication fair but it arrived quickly and was exactly as described. The big blanket is excellent for two, but also great for wrapping yourself in. Really warm and comfortable, excellent quality.

I was a little worried about reviews I had seen, so I sent an email to the Calming Co. They reassured me that they would priotise my delivery of my blanket, it has now been delivered & it is perfect & the colour very nice (royal blue.) Extremely good quality. Thank you!

The aftersales communication has been the best I have encountered. This included an incorrect order on my part and the processing of a refund.
The quilt is lovely. Beautiful colour, nice and big, good quality and very cosy.
My only complaint would be the long time for delivery.

Only one star - really zero stars - this is a scam Chinese website. You will not receive your order. I ordered toddler toilet seat covers x2. They never send confirmation emails and when you enquire they claim it has been sent. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.

Order 2 months ago still not delivered. Multiple emails +++++ without any communication on their part.
I have requested refund but issue still not resolved!!! They only have email communication. x phone number to actually speak to a person.
I am now $200 out of pocket but I will be taking this further!!!!
I have never had an issue like this before
with online shopping.
Company is definitely a scam business so definitely stay away & save your money!!!!!

Received a matress topper after waiting so long fot delivery I asked for a refund so they finally sent it. I ordered one with a skirt. It arrived in a cheap vacuum sealed bag, covered in a garage bag and wrapped with a ton of wrapping tape. It clearly was not in new condition, the packaging certainly wan not new and it did not come with a skirt. After quite a few emails, the so called Australian company emailed me at 3am blaming me of course and have ignored every email since then. Total scam. Stay away

So far I only received my pillow today so I haven’t tried it out as yet and also I was suppose to get some free ear plugs but there was none in the box

Worst company, don’t trust them they don’t deliver and they don’t give you back your money, bank needs to rip it out of their greedy little hands.
Never will buy from them ever again
