TERRIBLE service. Ordered a next day cake to arrive yesterday. Promised it would arrive by 5pm and it didn’t arrive by then! Had to then change for it to arrive to Monday as we were going away for the weekend. Hopefully it does arrive as I would like a refund, the occasion has now happend and false promises. I wish I’d have read past reviews!

the Cake came a day late even after me ordering a month before the delivery date and due to its lateness the cake was dry and horrible

From the moment I contacted The Cake Daddy I knew I was in great hands! I was so so impressed with the communication between the manager and the head baker to deliver my vision of the bespoke cake for my 13 year old daughter! We discussed the design options from images I had provided and they explained all the options I had to choose from, there was nothing that was too much to create for us. I was very pleased with how they worked together to create a perfect cake for us and every question was answered without hesitation. When the cake was in transit I received tracking information which was extremely helpful.
The packaging of the cake when it arrived was great, safe and protected the cake very well.
Amazing customer service, Amazing Experience, and an impressive Beautiful cake that my daughter was delighted with and our guests loved as soon as they tasted! ! Highly recommended..Thank you so much The Cake Daddy!!

When I unpack the cake it had come off the cake board, so the cake was ruined at the back, I did sent an enquiry to you site, but have not had a reply. My son's birthday it was left upset and crying..

Ordered a Tiffany's cake for my girlfriends birthday and it arrived within 48 hours of order and was really good. Great design and it tasted really good too!

Fantastic cake, delivered in just two days! It looked amazing and tasted great. It was so moist and chocolatey. A lot of parents commented on how good the cake was. We could’ve done with a few more skittles for the top, but luckily I had a pack at home.

I was very impressed with Cake Daddy! Not only with the cake but also the customer service. To no fault of their own, my cake arrived the day before my event damaged. The reason I say it wasn’t their fault was the driver did say he had some trouble on the drive. Obviously I was very stressed as my event was the next day. I called Cake Daddy and not only were they very understanding but organised a replacement cake to be hand delivered from Manchester to Birmingham and it came at 8am the following day. Couldn’t be more impressed with them and would recommend to anyone!! Thank you again Cake Daddy!!

Great service and the cake was absolutely beautiful, they designed the cake as we wanted it. Inside of the cake we chose rainbow sponge and it tasted absolutely delicious we will be using cake daddy again in the future I would highly recommend this bakery.. thank you very much cake daddy! Ordered a custom cake, design on the cake was the wrong colour didn't match what we discussed also slightly wonky on one side, on reporting this we were told celebrate the birthday we will sort it out, or we can collect two hours before the cake was going to be cut, so we celebrated my girls birthday cut the cake omg it was horrible tasted burnt something wasn't right so we contacted cake daddy as a customer would not pleasantly surprised the didn't want to help any further all the cake went in the bin. Now read this carefully go to a cake shop buy your cake in person stay blessed, as for your reply I don't agree I've sent numerous emails with no response why did your so called team say cut the cake and they will be happy to correct things after exact words was (celebrate don't worry we will sort something out as for premium delivery you rang a day before asking to deliver because you were going to a different town and don't no when or who could make the delivery so I accepted not very professional) as for the cake being consumed it actually went in the bin due to its taste this is an honest review if you can't take the feedback don't reply, read it & stay quite as you have done when I've been contacting you kind regards
