Very poor service
I ordered a cake for my son’s 8th birthday. The day before the scheduled delivery I emailed asking for confirmation that my order was on track. Nobody replied. On the day of the scheduled delivery I phoned them only for them to tell me that they had to remake my cake (as it wasn’t up to standard). After a number of calls (I had to keep phoning them as they weren’t forthcoming with information) they confirmed that they couldn’t fulfill my order. Absolutely dreadful service! I would not recommend this company at all!

Amazing cake and great up to date delivery!
I was scared to purchase due to some of the negative reviews however my experience has been spot on! Delivery information sent day before delivery! Tracking on the day of delivery and the cake was delivered within the time slot.
THE CAKE ITSELF IS AMAZING!! So beautiful, my daughter asked for a Sabrina carpenter themed birthday and we went for the pink heart cake and it’s better than I imagined! It’s my other daughters birthday next month and I will be ordering again! 10/10 service and cake is amazing.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s 7th Birthday… messaged beforehand to ask when I should order this as her birthday is Sunday 22nd December and wanted to ensure this would be here in time. I was advised to order it for delivery on Saturday 21st December. After waiting in all day I finally received a phone call to advise the cake had not been put onto the lorry and would not be being delivered until Tuesday at the earliest! I then had a very upset little girl who didn’t have a cake for her birthday and party! So disappointed in the service!

Disgusted with this company! I ordered a cake for my parents 60th…
I ordered a cake for my parents 60th wedding anniversary, when we cut into it the whole cake was burnt to a crisp, not only was this upsetting but very embarrassing in front of guests.
I emailed the company on 11th November with photos and got a reply saying sorry (they didn't seem that bothered) we'll give you 30% refund.
This was quite insulting as the whole cake was burnt black but today, 26th November and still no refund!!!!
Shocking that a cake could be sent out like this and more Shocking is the couldn't care less attitude from the company, if this was my company I would have been mortified that a cake was sent out like that
