I actually enjoyed buying from this specialist supplier. They have a wide range of products, some of which are made in Lancashire (hooray!!). The website was easy to navigate. The ordering process was simple. Despatch was fast and as promised. The bungee cords I purchased seem so far (after two days' use) to be of excellent quality. I'm a very happy customer.
