Claudia from Emeralpoint Apartments has been lying to residence sending out emails stating that the city was doing repairs and they had to shut the water off to install meter contacted the city of Virginia Beach utility they stated that they have nothing to do with Maintenance or water water bill or anything in reference to the community of Emeralpoint apartments Their water smell like rotten eggs. It backs up upstairs water comes down in the downstairs apartment sink. these are facts not lies. Emeralpoint was aware they were contacted. Emeralpoint has their own maintenance team that takes care of these issues. They have raised peoples water bill. Emeralpoint has been shutting off the water in this community for over 10 months in reference to repairs is outrageous if you get sick contact the health department file a complaint contact DPOR contact the Baer business bureau you have a right to safe drinking water again.
