BEWARE

BEWARE! Wish I had read the small print. Bought a coat for £140. Item arrived poor quality and miles too big. their sizing charts are way out) Website states that you must contact customer services before you return the item. I have been trying to contact them for over a week now. Telephone contact number is a mobile. Email address on site does not exist (vynx.xo.uk)(note XO.UK instead of .CO.UK) However, sen't numerous emails through the link on the website and what I think the website should be -vynx.co.uk. As yet no reply. Mobile phone goes straight to voice mail. Is this someone selling form a back room? Now having to pursue resolution through credit card company.
Will update if I ever get a response!
