Big button shop has been so helpful for my family over the past few years there phones are brilliant I buy phone for my elderly family members off them but they are also great for people that don't understand Smart phone I've always been looked after very the the staff at the big button phone shop thank you very much highly recommend

We are very happy with the phone. I had to change the language to english google translate was very useful. Other than that it is exactly what we were looking for. The most important thing is the speed dials

Product no show.
I ordered this phone for my 86 year old Dad,his own broke in hospital recently. I ordered it on 18/5, and got e mails thanking me for my order and asking me to review my purchase. I haven't received the phone yet ,I rang the office today and they told me it was dispatched but no information about tracking. I am promised a replacement in tomorrow's post but was disappointed with my experience.
