Refund Customer Service

I purchased Radiancy supplement…

I purchased Radiancy supplement capsules to help with vagnal dryness that I had at one time during sex. Although after 2 years of having no sex I reunited with my previous boyfriend and had no problem with my previous discomfort. When I read about Radiancy I thought I would try it. Since then after my man returned from a 45 day foreign trip intercourse now burns severely after just taking about 140 capsules of Radiancy during his absence. When I was asked for a review upon receiving the order I responded with a mutual review based only of the speedy shipping because I had no time to know how the product works. I was contacted within a couple of days and asked to remove my rating. I did because I had no idea that I would get positive or negative results after taking the supplement.I didn't stop taking it till I had intercourse with my man after he returned from being out of the country. At that point I was burning and stopped taking the supplements. I stopped taking the supplements 10 days ago. On the return of my guy from another 10 day trip I am very concerned about the irritation last night sex was painful. I am very concerned about the irritation and I used an expensive vaginal moisturizer called Replens.The Replens had never irritated me before. I would like to know if other women experienced this and did the irritation go away after a period of discontinuance of Radiancy.

The irritation you’re now concerned about occurred after discontinuing Radiancy and following the use of a vaginal moisturizer. Given that timing, it’s important to consider factors outside of Radiancy when evaluating your symptoms.

Radiancy is a collagen supplement with probiotics, and collagen supplements typically require consistent, longer-term use before noticeable results are seen. Because of this, irritation developing after discontinuation and following use of another product is unlikely to be related to Radiancy itself. Additionally, some vaginal moisturizers have been reported by users to cause irritation or burning for certain individuals, which may be another factor worth discussing with a healthcare provider.

As a dietary supplement, Radiancy isn’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and individual responses can vary. Without Provitilze and Previtilize I don’t know what i would do I’m 53 years old premenopausel and I don’t have hot flashes I’ve lost 55 lbs i need to lose 20 more i update when i do i was able to get my knees replaced because of these vitamins i can’t take other diet products because I get jittery you have to give it at least 90 days and you have nothing to lose but the weight they have money back guantee but after 3 months you won’t want to stop taking trust me I’ve tried just to see and hot flashes return cravings just try it you l see and also customer service is great .

Provitalize is a Game Changer

Had some problems with getting my order sorted out, but hopefully will be ok now!
But the Provitalize tablets have been a game changer in terms of reducing the pain in my back and legs. Can now sleep at night without constant pain, and can sit in car and train for long periods without pain.

Not another rip off

This is the first product review I’ve ever done, I knew I needed to share to help other women. I started taking radiancy 3 months ago and have seen significant improvement in my vaginal health. My hip was killing me for I don't know how long, I saw an ad for this and said what the heck, with a money back guarantee, why not. So I ordered came super fast. I thought this product was a cream & when it came it was a supplement!
I sent it back for a refund & my postal charges on December 17th, 2025. The product was delivered back to them on January 8th, 2026. I've been emailing this company for a refund & still no reply! Their policy is "no hassle refund" yeah right!

I wouldn't recommend this product

I had high hopes that this product would help but unfortunately it gave me terrible diarrhea and I had to quit taking it. If you are trying this for the first time be sure it works for you before signing up for a subscription because they won't refund you on a subscription.

I have had several issues due to someone hacking my account. Customer service was amazing They jumped on my request immediately and credited me for these outrageous charges. They followed up over and over to make sure my account was ok. Order was never delivered

Order was never delivered. When you contact them by email, it's AI response, gives a case number, just stating it has been escalated. No mention of when you'll get a response. Then you get another invoice, which at first glance looks like you're being billed again, and have an option to cancel. You go to chat on their website, they tell you a refund has been issued, but hasn't. They only give you an option to reship, but they have to escalate it again. All I wanted was a refund. Regardless, I will not do business with BB Company again. Original order was placed on/or about Dec 6-8, it's now Dec 31.

Your original order was unfortunately lost in transit by the carrier, which is outside of our control. A reshipment was processed at your request. We notified you by email that you were not charged for the reshipment and would receive a confirmation email.

You later decided you no longer wanted the replacement, and canceled the reshipment via links available in the automated confirmation email.

To clarify a few points:

- The initial automated email you received is simply a confirmation that your message reached us. After that, human agents handle the interactions.

- The additional “invoice” email you mentioned was a system notification, not a new charge. No second billing occurred. As such cancellation of the free reshipment did not result in any refund. We had let you know about this in the email we sent you.

- While a reshipment was offered as the fastest solution for a lost package, your preference for a refund has been respected. The original shipment has been refunded per your preference. You should expect 2 additional emails regarding the refund.

I understand how delays during the holiday season can feel discouraging, especially when you just want a resolution. I appreciate your patience while this was sorted out, and I’m sorry this experience led you to feel disappointed.

I think I have received a fake version…

I think I have received a fake version of bb radiance. It gave me terrible diarrhea . The advertising says made in America but when mine arrived it had a sticker on it saying made in China. Happy to send photo

Scam, Don't do it!!

The subscription is difficult to cancel. You have to make an account to cancel.

I have struggle for so long.

I take medication, synthroid and i m affraid...since a I take it in the morning.
Its best to wait 4 hours before taking anything else.
