Excellent basket
Bought a lovely little basket to replace the plastic monstrosity we have been using as a peg basket for years. Ordered late on Thursday (well after the next day deadline) but still got it on Saturday. It is excellent quality, sturdily made with good quality materials. Very pleased with the basket and the service. Thank you.

High quality lovely product but poor customer service
High quality lovely product but poor, unhelpful customer service. I needed the lantern for a Birthday present & requested next day or 48 hour delivery. This was declined as 'they are too busy' & I was offered a Saturday 'special ' delivery which would have arrived 3 days after the Birthday. The next day I saw next day delivery was available on the website. The person on the phone was really unhelpful & dismissive. Shame because product good.

From time to time, we receive a large increase in the volume of orders and due to this reason we turn off the next day delivery options as we do not want to make promises to our customers we are unable to fulfil. Turning off the next day delivery options only happens on very rare occasions and we are sorry that this coincided with when you needed next day delivery. Great products and friendly customer sevice.
I bought the wrong sized laundry basket (my own inability to measure things) and needed to exchange - Sam from their team was very helpful and quick at arranging an exchange. Within days I had a replacement and the previous basket shipped back.
Really pleased with the basket - would definitely order again.
