On our order confirmations emails, we provide an estimated delivery window of 3-7 working days. When we dispatch majority of our orders they go on 24 hour delivery service. Once orders leave us, we unfortunately, put our trust in the courier companies to delivery. However, on very rare occasions, there may be issues during transit which caused a slight delay
I have checked the status of your delivery with Royal Mail and it shows it was delivered today, 3rd June. This is in our estimated delivery window of 7 working days from the date you placed the order.

The basket is well made and beautiful, looking as good as in the website. Customer service also deserves 5 stars, they were so helpful when I was fearful of being away for the delivery, even though it would have been my fault.

Attractive, well-made baskets
I was looking for a wicker type basket to serve rolls or croissants from for breakfast. These are exceptionally well made and an ayttractive colour.
They make the perfect serving dish, and would also work well with fruit.

A good range of quality baskets, which are great for storage needs, and they keep everything tidy too.,

Lovely company
Lovely company, that provides great customer service. Previously ordered some of the round wicker baskets with rope handles and wanted to add to my collection. Was told if I sent them a photo of my current baskets they would do their best to colour match which I personally think was a lovely thing to do.
Baskets are lovely, really well made and very sturdy.

Sadly DPD claimed they never received the parcel.
The customer service I received in trying to resolve this was fantastic. They couldn’t supply a replacement so a full refund was issued.

Excellent basket
Bought a lovely little basket to replace the plastic monstrosity we have been using as a peg basket for years. Ordered late on Thursday (well after the next day deadline) but still got it on Saturday. It is excellent quality, sturdily made with good quality materials. Very pleased with the basket and the service. Thank you.

High quality lovely product but poor customer service
High quality lovely product but poor, unhelpful customer service. I needed the lantern for a Birthday present & requested next day or 48 hour delivery. This was declined as 'they are too busy' & I was offered a Saturday 'special ' delivery which would have arrived 3 days after the Birthday. The next day I saw next day delivery was available on the website. The person on the phone was really unhelpful & dismissive. Shame because product good.
