We had our house on the market with a local agent for 3 months. With only 8 viewings over them months and no effort to push our property by this company we decided we needed a change.
We saw Emily Cuthbert-Edkins instagram profile and gave her a ring and let her know the situation. We needed the house gone asap as our mortgage renewal was due in 3 months. A unrealistic target we knew we were setting for anyone up for the challenge. Well Emily accepted that challenge. 8 viewings in two weeks. With two offers 10k over the asking price!!
We can’t fault Emily’s service. Her work ethic and passion for what she does is second to none.

Emily provided first class service from start to finish. Sold our house within 3 days or so of being on the market and for asking price. Steph was also excellent and provided support throughout the process on some very difficult situations we faced. Cant recommend The Avenue enough from our experience. We felt like there was a personal touch that we may not have had from some of the high street agencies out there.
