Had my first appointment yesterday Friday 13 26!
It was a revelation! Such quality service and kind staff it was incredible. I went for a diabetic eye test. I had been to 2 other places and had prescriptions done but they were rubbish - last one was awful and the speed they tried to get rid of me was astonishing. Today I was treated really well and the optician was kind and steady. He told me the glasses I was given from a place in West Kirby were not even fit for purpose as my eyes had advanced cataracts one very bad.
David promptly referred me to Arrowe Park to help me. In the meantime I had a prescription made for distance. I am so grateful for David getting me the help I really needed!
I can’t praise them enough!

It’s really awful the previous a so called “professional” optician can con you just to make £500 quid and put your sight at risk!

Continuing great attention to detail. Every patient is treated in the manner of a friend, but in a professional way, too. Glad they are in my locality.

Myself and my son have been into store today 7/5/25 for check ups, absolutely outstanding from start to finish for both of us! My son being a sen child can be difficult to deal with sometimes but the ladies in here were brilliant he told me he felt really comfortable and the lady that did his test was really nice, everything was explained in detail to make sure I was happy every step of the way can’t fault these guys at all!!!

Friendly, informative staff. Every effort was made to make us comfortable, we were never rushed. Always given as much time as we needed, during both the eye test and the selection and fitting of frames.
The delightful and knowledgable optometrist took time to explain each step of the test, and the results, inspiring confidence. We were lucky to have been referred to this particular optician by the hospital.

We've always received excellent service from this opticians. The exams are thorough and any advice has been professional and they've really gone out of their way to be helpful.

Excellent service. Staff very friendly and happy to answer any questions. I couldn't find the right frame for me so the staff tracked down the same frame I had and ordered it in.
