Interesting…packed up and sent off my gold and silver. Got a phone call within 48 hours offering £234…I queried this offer, said it was too low, she asked how much I was expecting…I said I’d weighed my gold and I know the price per gram for gold and expected at least double that…she said that’s a big jump, I said no it’s not a big jump it’s your offer it’s far too low. I got a text offering more than double the initial offer which I accepted. The money was in my account virtually straight away…could probably have got more elsewhere but this was eventually an easy transaction. Moral of the story weigh your gold, check gold prices, realise they need to make a profit too but definitely query the first offer they give you! Hence the 3 star review! Hey guys at just text gold just be more honest and realistic. And don’t treat your customers like idiots.

Apparently from their continual adverts on the radio, gold prices have gone GALACTIC.. Gold prices are showing at a high of £67.80 per gram at the moment, having sent 8 grams of gold and a fully working Gucci watch they offered me £140 and seemed completely surprised when I asked for my items to be returned to me. Absolute RIP OFF, taking advantage of people who might be in need of the cash. I would steer very clear, if I could have given less than 1 star I would have.

I sent off my goods before I read the reviews and then panicked I'd made a mistake. BUT I was contacted a couple of days later, given my quote and the funds were transferred immediately as promised. Perhaps I could have got a better price elsewhere but I'm happy with what I received. Check all the details on the back of the form first. If you're not happy with what they say, don't send your gold there. It's a matter of choice if you accept their terms, including that items may be damaged.

Do NOT send anything, after sending gold a week ago which tracking. Confirms arrived , multiple phonecalls where I am told I will be contacted. I am still waiting on news about my gold.
Seems like these guys just keep your gold and the phone number is useless as they just tell u they will be in contact. AVOID these CROOKS

sent a vintage pig match holder was offered £12.50.. said no thanks . tried make out doing me a favour by upping offer to £20... I said no thanks. when item arrived back was absolutely damaged beyond repair. I would advise anyone who is thinking of using this firm to put items in bin rather than be scammed by these rouge traders

Great service and very prompt response, however don’t advertise free shipping services when it’s clearly not. I had to pay to send my items and no offer of a refund, as yet.
