My experience of purchasing books from TextbookX has been great so far. The only issue I had with the service of this site is that back in the beginning of January when my second semester of college first started I tried to read an online textbook that I had already purchased the previous semester. The site said I still owned the book but I just wasn't able to read it, which was confusing and stressful. But outside of this experience, purchasing textbooks through this site has been really easy and useful.

This method of buying textbooks is more efficient than ordering in person. But that is only if you receive the said textbooks in an efficient amount of time. It was very frustrating when some of my books did not come in and then I had to reorder them after my class had started and I needed to use the reading material. The shipping tracking is not accurate and if the product is late, you probably will not ever receive the item.

It was an easy process to purchase online and received the textbook on time. Received the redeeming process email shortly after purchasing giving me expeditious access to my book. Great experience overall!

I was able to get my book on time before classes and was able to use it. It was very easy to get and helpful.

Great and Easy service to find used and new textbooks. I was able to find a couple textbooks cheaper other places just have to look around.

Purchased a book that said I’d be able to download it but once I redeemed the code it only allows me to access the book on that specific website. Better deal than most but still flawed

I ordered my books, and they were delivered before stated. I was happy and pleasantly surprised because I needed them as it was the first week of classes.

This service was easy and convenient to use for renting and buying my textbooks. I was able to access my online textbooks quickly after ordering. My books arrived in a fairly reasonable manner. However, I was able to find cheaper options for one of my books elsewhere.

Acceptable service. Selling/returning/refunding books(specifically electronic in my case), was a bit confusing but I got the books in a convenient period of time.

I bought my textbooks for online use. I received the codes within 24 hours of purchase which I appreciated.

I appreciated the price matching but I was still able to find it cheaper on other sites, however, this was the only site I was guaranteed a textbook which was extremely helpful.

It was easy to buy books online. I would just hope the prices are a little better and the shipping took a little long. That being said, the books came in great condition.

This book is over all a great source to have when you are an early college student in highschool! It is such an amazing source.
