Teufel did not manage to deliver my headset which might not have been their fault but, when I tried to send feedback, I was confronted with a super complicated website, that felt like they tried not to receive any messages....
Very dissapointing.

Hardware super, Klang super, Software instabil, App unübersichtlich. Trotzdem werde ich wohl demnächst den 3. Lautsprecher kaufen.

Nice design of Stereo L and Power Hifi, but some issues with technology. Good from a sound perspective but not in the high end area, from a price / quality perspective I would rate it 'middle'.

Very complicated set up compare to other brands! They require for every step to buy new devices item and to expansive for home use! Quality of the sound overall usual as i sad compare to other known brands which less pricy. Good try Teufel.

I ordered real blue nc headphones at 27 december. On 31 december they were delivered. After charching I connected them by bluetooth to my smartphone. Although I never used bluetooth before it went very easy end in a minute. The touch surface for increasing or decreasing the volume and next or previous song worked very well after some practice. The sound was very impressive. High, low, middle, all were very well to distinguish seperated and formed a pleasant, warm whole.
The 3.5 mm jack plug cable did not work but after contacting Teufel they send me a new one within a few days and that problem was solved.

Fantastic product, not just for a TV soundbar but generally, for music etc. Really good bass. Delivery was fast and good contact throughout.

Being the owner of a Raumfeld One S, One M, Cubes and a connector, i have in general been satisfied with the product. Good sound for the price. And a good design.

The Connector was defect on arrival and I had it replaced, but with some difficulty and it took a few months. this could have been better and also the customer access via email would be easier and faster. (three weeks answer time for yes/no question and only answering after a negative costumer satisfaction poll)

Recently they upgraded the software and decided to remove the last.fm service. That feature was one of the main reasons I bought it the first place and that made me cancel adding the Teufel/Raumfeld soundbar to my collection, now looking for an alternative.

Time for improvements, Teufel

Killer speakers. Watch for sales.
I bought mine in a “Halloween sale” for 10% off, but then they had a better sale on black Friday and Xmas.
As someone else said, watch the site and newsletters for promotions.

As for the speakers: I bought ultima 40 active.
Great sound, as long as you position them correctly! Since the speakers have back bass opening, it must not be too close to a wall. In addition you have to elevate them for proper bass (the small feet are enclosed but not mentioned at all in the manual).

The HDMI connectionmakes it super easy to work with when connecting to tv or other sources, it just turns on. I wish there was a loudness dial, but nothings perfect.

I bought the "Raumfield Stereo M"
First the good:
-In short - a DAMN GOOD pair of speakers.
-The craftsmanship is superb. The components are very well tuned to work with each other.
-There is no clutter or sound quality loss and you save a lot of space if you do not need to accommodate the amplifier.
-The connectivity is extremely intuitive, either from mobile or copmuter
-Wide variety of supported formats

Space for improvement
-The buttons are puzzling. After two moths I have no clue of their purpose.
-The volume control on the speakers is too lose for my taste
-The speakers can not navigate in shared network directories.

The noteworthy
-This is not to speakers as it is to Teufell. Their prices fluctuate drastically and it is not uncommon to find some of their item on sale with a 30% discount. These cycles have a period of around 3 months. So before purchasing, stalk the page for some time ;)

And a bonus
-The help-desk is also very nice and helpful and the speakers came within just a few days (to Germany)

Bought headphones from Teufel, they had a loose contact. Contacted Teufel, took a long time, and after a more than annoying experience got a replacement. Guess what - they were defective again. This time around Teufel did not want to take them back, and did not seem surprised at all that the replacement was also defective - if they don't expect their products to work, why should consumers?

Edit: Teufel replied (see below), that if I'm interested in a solution I should contact them (again). I already contacted you but you showed little interest in resolving anything. Will send you another email now.

Top Klang, Top Aussehen, Top Haptik... Alles in allem ein geiles Produkt!

Fair Pricing, good quality, fast delivery and excellent sound.

Speakers are very good, the Receiver design is quite old fashioned

Teufel's products are praised by DJs and other musicians and i bought myself as a layperson a home theater system as well and I'm still surprised how nicely and clear the sound comes out even for my unexperienced ears;)
Application is really easy and as the sound bars all have an elegant and plain style you can arrange them to almost any furniture.
Would buy it in 10/10 cases again!!
