The results link they sent me didn’t work. I have emailed multiple times with no response or reply. Complete scam and rip off. They just steal your money.

I sent of the completed kit before Christmas, still waiting for the results in march.
Disgusting.

Brilliant company i did a hair test anf have found lots of things that causes me to have rashes or other effects so now i know what foods and other things to avoid very helpfull as ive had reactions to tablets and it was one of the E numbers in it that was causing the problem. really worth getting checked with this company :)

Test did not pick up on a known allergy to crustaceans which is why I took the test. instead said I was allergic to eggs which I eat on a daily basis. Absolutely ridiculous. Emailed them for clarification on the results with no response.

Don't waste your time or money.

My test results revealed a number of sensitivities, but they did not reveal a known allergen. I have emailed them twice for clarification as to how this could happen, and how this impacts the reliability of the other results. If their tests cannot detect a known allergen, how can I rely on their results?!
I have had NO RESPONSE to two separate enquiries. This is unacceptable customer service when you are talking about someone's health and potential life-altering test results.

Very accurate and a quick reliable service

Test was received at lab... and then no results were ever issued, emails were not replied to. Thought maybe this was an anomaly but it appears others have had the same experience.

I am happy to report that the hydrogen water we have been drinking seems to have improved the inflammation in my back. Thank you for clear instructions in setting up the product.

Cheap but didn’t meet my expectations. Long list of items that I should be wary of. I’ve managed the last 56 years with no real problems. The only potential dietary issue I was interested in was gluten but it didn’t show up.

First was fine but second test ordered for my dad. Did not receive it emailed had no reply !

I am so glad that I did this test. I’ve been suffering really bad with IBS for years and also more recently with reflux too. I discovered from doing this test that I am 100% intolerance to barley and slighter lower intolerance to dairy. Since going gluten and lactose free, my IBS is the best it’s been in years and my reflux has completely stopped. I no longer need to take my medication for reflux, which I’m really happy about. There are loads more things that I’m intolerant or sensitive to, so doing this test has been really helpful to pinpoint and work out how just how much of a food I really like, that I can tolerate, without causing a negative reaction. I really do recommend this test, if you have any digestive or environmental issues.

Test delivered in good time and instructions of how to use were clear.results received in good time.

I was worried it hadn’t arrived with them yet but they reassured me. The results were clearly explained and once I started limiting those foods, I saw a massive difference in my ibs symptoms.

They took my money and no results received,despite several attempts with them they just kept saying leave it another week and more time.
