More Practical Hands on
online was ok. WHS online trg content was repeated for the 10th time and slow and I couldn't scroll through as I would have liked so it took 4 hrs. instead of 2.
It would be good to put whole theory content online and do a refresher face to face to ensure we had the correct knowledge.
Did not want to learn about another student's past life history in the classroom session and all the questions she thought was wrong.
Felt she sidetracked & put the trainer off her normal schedule of training making her omit or not highlight some needed content.
Would have liked to have been coached better through the hands on practical and shown how to use the equipment I had brought along & was going to be using.
Maybe put a question to ask what T & T model Equipment our company will be using so you could give pertinent info to use with this equipment.
I felt the trainer was unable to use the model PAT that I had brought in.

Resourceful and fun course
The Test and Tag course itself was amazing, especially the instructor Isaac Ayodeji was very resourceful and knowledgeable. He knew how to hold the interest of the audience and made the whole course fun and enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the lady in the reception at the Coopers Plains centre at that time was very rude. Her behavior was very upsetting. Apart from that, the overall experience in the course was delightful and engaging.

AC/DC Rocks
I enjoyed the test and tag course very much. I learnt a lot of various useful info with online theory part of it and due to that had a little bit of knowledge for the practical so I was prepared for the use of electrical jargon. Practical was a bit hard for me to keep up with but I loved the experience and learning new things. The trainer was very descriptive, helpful and patient with all of the students. I would recommend this course.
