Very well worth it
A well run course that was easy to understand and explained so that everything made sense. This made the practical assessment so much easier to put into action.

Good Course But No Certificate As of Yet
Thanks enjoyed the course very informative and helpful, trainer knew his stuff and was helpful. would of been five stars but my certificate etc still has not come and its been a few weeks,

Best learning experience anyone could ask for.
From signing up and booking our class, End to End the best service In training I have ever received, the pre-course reading is a great touch and leaves you feeling less apprehensive.
Esther made the whole learning experience relatable, enjoyable and easy to follow.

Excellent instructor made course material easy to digest and process. Plenty of items to practice on during the practical part of the test with good variety.

The trainer was good.
There is a lot of information to cram in over 7 hours a split day would be good.

The course was set up well trainer was awesome made it as uncomplicated as possible but I think the theory manual should be sent out to the trainees before course is attened so more questions can be asked straightaway
