They find the program engaging, interactive, and easy to use for both students and parents, with many appreciating the ability to track progress and customize word lists. Literacy Boost

I feel Steps Web is wonderful literacy based tool.
Sometimes it is difficult to remind the students to engage with it unless Teachers include it in their plan. Also some parents don't want their children on devices which hinders the homework use.

Best online program for reading disabled

The students find it more age-appropriate than other programs. (Upper elementary) It's highly rewarding and giving them 5 points towards the tresure box for every coin they win keeps them engaged and also helps with math skills. It's the best program I've used.

StepsWeb is great

StepsWeb is great. We can enter our own word lists to match what we're teaching in class so that follow-up tasks can be specific and targeted. That's a great thing!

Superb support

As an administrator I have found the support that comes alongside StepsWeb has been phenomenal. No question is too hard and feedback and responses have been almost immediate. We have appreciated the guidance and support just as much as our teachers and students have enjoyed using the amazing resources. Thanks team!

A gauge or profile of progress is…

A gauge or profile of progress is non-existent for mature students. This is unfair; otherwise, very helpful and supportive!

Hi Patricia. Sorry to hear that you cannot find the progress information for your older students. There is progress information available for any student working on the Course.

Use the Class Progression report to see the progress students are making. This report is available for all students regardless of their age. The Class Progression chart shows you where your student started on the Course and gives you a visual of the progress they have made over a time period you choose.

I will email you with more detail about where you can find progress information on StepsWeb.

Excellent communication

CEO Ros is an Ed Psych, expert in SLDs, she offers patient, extensive guidance and support for all questions. Staff provide in-depth support for all aspects too. Students learning and well-being is their priority and they go above and beyond. The audio visuals build phonological processing, without overwhelming the senses with flashy animation.

Hi Natasha. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with StepsWeb!

There is a Left handed option for the handwriting printables which you can set via the Learning Settings tab on your Edit Student screen.
