Gone cashless when older people need a human at the til to help them and have no idea about technology is discrimination and draconian.
Profit 2.6 billion last year and 8.6 billion over the past 4 years it's time to boycott tesco until they change.
The service is rubbish the food quality is a joke and the portion sizes shrinking.
Support local business now if you can tesco has gotten way to big for it's boot's.

Groceries delivery

My groceries were delivered by Paul. I was not at home when my delivery arrived as they were delivered early. However, I came back just as Paul was getting ready to leave. Paul was very friendly and polite to me despite the fact that he's had to carry the items three stairs up then back down. Thanks Paul and keep being your cheerful self

Black people should not shop at any tesco Store in harrow. the minute a black person enters the stores the security follows them all around the store. They follow them even to the cashier and Returns to guard the door when they are about to go, just incase they have to apprehend them.
Others come in and shop freely, some youngsters shop lift and go, because they are so busy trying to treat a black person like they are criminals. It's obvious that the managers all are prejudice against blacks and the stupid securities they have and informed how to do when blacks enter their stores, does not even have the education to be diplomatic and discreet. I am sure after this review they will tell them how to be diplomatic about it.. But fun and joke aside, blacks should really stop buying from tescos in harrow.

They don’t care. If you complain about poor treatment you are an enemy.

I used to go there everyday from work. Then one day a sales person told me I could not buy a vape because I was with my children 14 and 16. I have bought vape from this same person. No reason given for the “reasonable suspicion” I complained on their whatsapp. It has been one month and and they keep telling me they WILL investigated.

I have a video of the whole thing. They have not even asked to see it. I don’t know why they are here. With a paltry 2.2 star rating, it shows I am not alone.

To be emasculated and insulted in front of your children like that…

The five stars are for John at the customer service desk Tesco New Malden he was so understanding and helpful, I had previously dealt with a cashier who was so rude it seemed to be an effort to deal with a customer a thoroughly obnoxious individual if John hadn't been so kind, sorted my problem I would never have set foot in a Tesco again, a gentleman calmed me down with a few kind words if I had my own business I'd definitely poach him. THANK YOU JOHN you deserve a raise.God bless you my stress levels are in a great place.

Tesco Newmarket Suffolk

Tesco Newmarket Suffolk. Went to cafe, where you order via touchscreen. Ordered 2 cappuccinos. Went to the bakery page and ordered a biscuit. Pressed the ‘confirm’ button six times. Nothing happened. People using the screen next to me were having similar difficulties. I called over the young girl on the counter. She tried something and said they were having problems with the software. She didn’t bother to suggest a way round it (like ordering at the counter), and walked off. We left and went somewhere else.

Tesco Rutherglen …

My club card on my phone wouldn’t scan and I asked the assistant Cody at the self service scanners how do I enter my card number by myself only to be told because it was a picture she couldn’t tell me. I repeated I wanted her just to tell me how to do and again she said she was unable to help me. I had to pay full price for my goods rather than the club card prices ! I was totally humiliated as I only was purchasing some goods because of the club card price!

The breakfast

Ordered a breakfast and asked for the toast not to be buttered or cut in half (I like to make a sausage sandwich and it’s difficult if it’s triangles)
Anyway it arrived fully buttered and the fried egg was hard and broken. I sent it back and it was rectified. I also let the egg state pass.
Overall the breakfast if fine but I just wish the staff at Failsworth branch would listen to my requests. This is not the 1st time a mistake has happened.
Also some of their uniforms look like they needed attention as some staff looked like they’d worn their uniform a few days ie creased and grubby tops and/or aprons
I’ve eaten in other branches and not experienced this and it won’t put me off but pride and cleanliness is something that needs attention.

I filled up fuel in my vehicle on 15 Aug at midnight, the printer was out of service, i tried all the pumps but couldnt print it out, so i went to petrol station store at the help.desk and explained to the staff and requested to print out the receipt for me but she refused and said go the main store customer service and ask them for help as we can only print out recipts for the day not older than that, when i went to the main store customer service desk and asked them for help they straight away said they cant help and gave me a number to ring to the head office, i rang the head office and they said they cant do it i need to go back to the petrol staion and they should be able to print it out for me upto 30 days older receipts, it is the Hamilton extra branch in Leicester.

Now, they have made me go around and around wasting my time without getting any help, Disgusting

My son went to the Tesco Petrol station…

My son went to the Tesco Petrol station it was a pay at pump only to find they charged his card £120 then took out the £20 he actually bought the problem being he only had £80 in his account , he received an instant alert from his app as he had no arranged overdraft this has now caused him to have his card frozen hes incurred charges for going into an unarranged overdraft & i have had to cover the £120 plus the £25 charge . How dare Tesco do this to people their excuse was it is to cut down on on theft , but isnt that exactly what Tesco has just done to my son !!! And this will probably affect my sons credit score too , I remember ASDA doing a similar scheme which they scrapped because people were boycotting their fuel stations . We will no longer go to Tesco petrol pumps as they dont care less about the financial impact this is having on their customers . My son went back into the petrol station in a panic & was told the funds would be refunded in 3-5 business days but sorry Tesco not good enough the damage was already done . Its an absolute disgrace , Can you imagine the impact that could have with either a pensioner , a family on a tight budget or someone with mental health illness . Tesco need to follow ASDAs suit & get better alternative security on their forecourts , Than financially damaging their customers . DO BETTER or they will loose business like ASDA did.

The self serve tills are totally inefficient they keep asking for items to be verified. If an item isnt placed exactly in the packing place it also goes to for verification. A member of staff working on the self service tills this afternoon was quite off hand she took several minutes to assist me. She was too busy chatting to other staff members.

Helpful, friendly young man on the checkout

I went into Tesco, Mickleover this afternoon to do a bit of shopping. There were lots of free parking spaces. The store was clean and tidy and the shelves were pretty well stocked. I made my way to the checkout with some quite heavy items. The checkouts were moving quickly and I was struggling to lift some of my shopping. The very helpful young man (Nathan) on the checkout lifted my shopping for me. I was most impressed with the service I received. Well done and thank you.

Completely useless website

Completely useless website. Half the time fails to work properly, this time on a recent order I couldn't confirm my order , they are aware of this and all other times they have had issues . You might as well shop yourself or shop elsewhere, it's not worth the hassle and expense of the delivery pass . Half the orders that do arrive consist of missing items, no product availability or damaged . Quite frankly I don't think they are to bothered as nothing improves . My pass is due for re newel shortly , I won't be renewing .
