Tesco 

Tesco Whoosh….more like Tesco Flop. Ordered a delivery and 2 minutes before delivery the order was cancelled without reason.

Contacted Tesco and they stated it was due to no one being home. I was sat waiting for the delivery. Tesco stated it’s nothing to do with them as it’s an Uber delivery.

To sum up…..don’t bother - get off your back side and walk to the shop…….

got a order for delivery for 5pm yesterday as we just been on holiday and working night shifts ordered a week shop around £85 which they was nice enough to take my money but not deliver the goods from 5pm till 11pm nothing came daughter was at swimming club so unable to go out to do anything poor girl had to have a horrible tea tesco stated there was no slots for today to deliver would be monday ive cancelled the order reported to trading standards and cut all orders from tesco horwich which we are now going to deal with asda and iceland from now on

I went into Tesco cafe yesterday and the staff was so helpful with all the new changes. I'm sure my gormless look said it all with confusion might have gave it away. But a staff member her name was terase come to my rescue.
Together we found what me and my daughter wanted and we got it ordered.
We sat down and with in no time at all our food was on its way over. And the food we had was just a couple of fresh sandwiches was nice.
I would like to again thank you for your help

I did a full shop at Tesco and had to go back in with one product cos it was the wrong one i walked back into the store and the security guy saw me but I accidentally left the receipt in the car so I quickly left the store to get the receipt back from the car when he stopped me saying I stole the item I couldn’t make him understand that he saw me shop and leave before they then made me wait in the office to call the police on me even though I told them l have proof so I phoned my husband he had to drive out and get the receipt from the car then made me take all the shopping back in so they could check it one by one and realised they were wrong and then didn’t even apologise! Idiots

I used the Tesco cash machine an it gave me a ripped 10 note an then went into the store to purchase items, but the staff assured me that even though they saw me using the machine as some of the staff were on break, I could not purchase anything because they can’t except ripped notes, mind you it was only slightly ripped, so I had to go further 11 miles to get my child milk powder, I was really upset!!!! A got a parking ticket for my trouble to!! Ridiculous!!

Clean tidy store. Found what I wanted.
Minor issue with product I wanted being on top shelf. I am not tall. Had to ask for help. Nor everyone is 6ft tall....

Tesco has the nicest staff, I love shopping at Tesco especially for the diverse range they have in the gluten-free area! The best!

My recent shopping in Tesco was friendly and I was happy with the staff. I just not go much to Tesco cause prices very high there.

I had a great experience at Tesco when buying flowers. The staff was friendly and helped me pick the perfect bouquet for my friend, she literally adores the flowers I picked for her.

Seriously terrible my Tesco near me the guard was harassing me he really folllowed me around a water isle and was just staring at me and blocking me out

Staff are always friendly and helpful,Nothing is too much trouble !!! Tesco always has a great selection of products which other supermarkets don’t stock . Tesco petrol prices are always competitive , specially and delicatessen products are always fresh with a great selection .
