Lovely pot .. BUT ...
Lovely pot, but not as frost proof as stated at point of sale. Tried for refund/replacement but was denied because I hadn't registered the pot (apparently you HAVE to do this), and I hadn't used the feet provided to stand it on (even though it was on a lattice table top with plenty of ventilation and drainage).

Hello. I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. However, it doesn't appear that you purchased any items from our store. Our customers are not asked to register their pots to get a replacement (we don't have a product registration process), and we always provide immediate replacements for items received that are not in perfect condition. Also, we don't provide feet to stand out pots on. Our products are for growing herbs indoors, so it may be that you have purchased a product from a different store.
As always, we're happy to provide help and assistance with any pots purchased from the Terracotta Herb Company.

I checked tracking, it looks like we dispatched it on the 9th December but unfortunately due to Royal Mail strike it is taking longer for the parcel to arrive.

Lovely product
Lovely product, very well packaged. I would have given five stars if a notice of despatch was issued, just to have a rough idea of when delivery could be expected.
However, I am very pleased with the herb growing kit.

We bought this as a gift for my son. Unfortunately one of the saucers was broken otherwise we were happy with it.

Gift
I bought this as a gift and was pleased with the product. My only disappointment was the delivery, I paid extra for next day delivery hoping for its arrival on a birthday however it took two days ( the wording on the website has since been changed ) The company took on board my complaint and refunded the extra cost however I would have preferred next day delivery as originally stated on the site .I certainly would order the product again as long as I didn’t have a deadline for delivery.

A beautiful collection of herbs and pots, really well packaged and presented. Makes a great gift or even a treat for yourself to grow some herbs, mine look great in the kitchen window sill with in arms reach for cooking!
Would highly recommend and I will be buying again.
