I have ordered various pieces of gear, spares, parts, consumables (oil, coolant etc) and always had a very good experience with Ten Kate. The Webster is really nicely set up, was able to use it as a guide to select the correct chain kit when I decided to replace mine.
They have a great range of parts and gear, a real one stop shop for the vast majority of motorcycling needs.
Mist importantly though is excellent customer service; in the past I istakenly ordered an incorrectly sized helmet and they were very accommodating to return it. I have always received clear communication when parts of orders were out of stock and therefore delayed, with additional tracking numbers provided, and extra mail updates to keep me in the loop. Recently I replaced my visor and the new part had a defect from the manufacturer; Ten Kate team responded quickly to my mails and helped to arrange a replacement.

Overall, Ten Kate is my first choice for any motorcycle related purchases. You are guaranteed quality of materials and first rate customer service, plus quick delivery times. Highly recommend for any riders looking for parts or gear.
