Fast, convenient service

I ordered 2x Living fusion rattan bedside tables, the Tilly faux travertine coffee table and Vesta 5 drawer chest. I’m in NZ so the order took 4 weeks to arrive and I was very excited to finally have my bedroom furniture and coffee table arrive. I received the coffee table with no issues, however I only received one of the bedside tables and box 2/2 of the drawer chest. I contacted Temple & Webster, and after receiving an email stating I had received it all, I replied back stating in the image they supplied that they were incorrect. I was then contacted by phone, and received an apology that they had forgotten to send both the second bedside table and box 1/2 for the drawers. I was then told they would send them now, which would take another 3-4 weeks, and offered a $25 off voucher for my next order and that’s all they can do. I’m now left waiting another month for the remainder of my delivery, and due to this experience I won’t have any need for a $25 off voucher as I have no intentions of ordering from them again. A missing item I can understand, but not two missing in the same order and now another month of waiting to not know whether or not I’ll actually receive a correct order this time. Won’t be ordering from them again, and disappointed in the poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue.

Fast, easy, excellent quality.

Really happy with this 120cm Hailee Office Chair Mat! It protects my carpet perfectly, the chair glides smoothly, and it looks great in my home office setup. Good quality, easy to set up, and definitely worth it.

The delivery was quicker than I expected and the sheets I ordered are of excellent quality.

Great quality sheet sets and great info on website, easy to place order and make payment and delivery was quick and I was kept updated with progress.

Have purchased many products from temple and Webster for our new home. From wall sconces to outdoor furniture and everything in between. They have a great customer service to assist with product questions. They also offer after pay type options which was helpful. Will continue to return to temple and Webster for future products we need for our home.

Website is easy to navigate, product description was accurate. Goods arrived were as stated in good condition and on time with a number of notifications in regards to tracking

If I could give them zero stars I would.
Cancelled a online order 12 days ago, 5 minutes after placing the order. One item has been refunded and the other is still pending refunded. Multiple phone calls made to T&W Customer Service and still refund hasn't been resolved. Do better.
