Everything went wrong from the start
Everything went wrong from the start, it was the most mismanaged disorganised experience just to organise an invoice for payment had to open a trade account for me to have government victims assist to pay it.
Every single item I received I was genuinely disappointed in was not the quality that seemed suggested- most of it just came wrapped in plastic even kitchen ware in one box.
The bedframe I got was velvet and had a tear in the material
And they cancelled a 3 piece set of saucepans I’ve already paid for I’ve been emailing them about for 2 weeks since being notified it was cancelled. - still haven’t heard about it.
Terrible company to deal with.

I was hesitant to order such an expensive product, but wow! I am impressed. I’ve purchased an entire new bedroom suite! And I am so impressed with the quality. The whole process was easy. I’ll be using temple and Webster for my future renovation purchases

Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered two pieces of furniture from Temple & Webster and unfortunately one piece was damaged by the transport company(no fault of T&W). Temple & Webster were amazing and sorted the issue out immediately and I was super happy with the outcome and their very prompt response. Their customer service was second to none.
