And still a problem order 601246 I order a bunch after long wait they delivered but is missing the screw and some parts. They offer me 30%discount so I could fix my self. I did not accept as I can't do that. I asked to return. They called me saying will send me the parts, another long wait without assistance from customer service.

I Did not receive my order yet (601246 ) with so much bad review I'm afraid now as I cant contact anyone on customer services.

I ordered a lombricomposter, it arrived without one of its legs. Its overall quality is also pretty poor, staples and cardboard here and there, especially considering its price, 140 euros. I spent 8 days exchanging emails with the company to return it and get my money back, to no avail. They'll just replace the broken part.

I received my worm composter in May. It sadly arrived broken. The customer services told me that I need to send a picture, to be able to received a new one. I sent the photograph immediately, since then, I didn't received anything, despite few emails that I wrote without any answer. Thus, I paid more than 100€ for... Nothing...

It is not easy to open and close the bottle. It often stucks. Allthough the fantasy is wonderful ...

I ordered 1,000€ worth of products from Jardinitis over a month ago. I didn't receive a confirmation email, on request I received an email to say the order was confirmed. My order has still not been delivered well over 30d. I have emailed well over 15 times and called customer support in Spain 20 times with no come back. The UK number doesnt connect.... Very frustrating. I just want to know what is happening... Refund me if the products are not coming my way..

My order has not arrived and I have had no communication from the company as to when it will be delivered. I have called multiple times and also left several emails, no one is bothering to get back to me. I really wish i had seen all these terrible reviews before i chose to order from this company. They have taken my money and are now ignoring my efforts to get in touch.

Ordered more than 30 days ago, no items received yet. I asked them to cancel the order as written on their website, they never answered to my 5 emails.
I had to dispute the charge with my bank as it appears that they just stole my money.

Don't buy from them!! I din't get my order and no refund. They don't answere e-mail.

Should have read the reviews. Place an order then received this strange correspondence "Hi, Our warehouse said it had problems processing your order Can you confirm the following information and also send us a screenshot of your purchase confirmation email? "
then, after sending what they asked for, I received:
"Hello, We will process this information with the department in charge. Once we have a response from them we will contact you again Regards." After reading reviews here, it does not look good for me...

Item never arrived - no refund. I shall have to take this up with the credit card company, so time consuming. I wish I'd read these reviews first.

Ordered a high quality compost bin on Saturday at a better than good price plus free delivery. Today (following Friday, i.e.5th working day) it was here from Spain. Well packaged and in perfect condition. What more could you ask? Definitely 5 star service.
