Stole my money, never tried to deliver
Ordered a desk for £79.99 in December 2022 (yes a full calendar year ago), with the website promising delivery before the Christmas. Delivery was never attempted, and Kidsco refuse to refund my money, despite me emailing multiple times over the past 12 months, and threatening legal action.
Money stealing crooks. Avoid like the plague.

Please do not order from this company. Totally ruined last years Christmas. Emails and phone go unanswered for months. I emailed and ‘chatted’ multiple times a day. Only when threatened with legal action did they respond. Do not risk your child’s Xmas or give these awful people your money.
Sketchy company or faulty website?
Ordered a Kid Kraft kitchen last week and delivery was schedules for today with UPS.
Once receiving tracking information, I tracked my delivery and on UPS website, there was a note stating that I need to provide my full address as they only had the street name. Clearly no one ordering online would just give a street name… including myself.
Tried contacting kidsco.co.uk via their phone number and the automated response states “Thank you for calling GARDEN WORLD where you can find everything for your garden”, NOT EVEN KIDSCO.CO.UK. The automated response just cuts you off after requesting you to contact them via email or their live chat 🤣 their live chat is no where to be found on the website. Was left with the only option: write a message through their Contact Us page where they claim someone will get back to you within 24 hours. I wanted to contact them to find out what happened with my full address that I provided during check out process. I suspect their website is not designed properly. I will say, I live in a flat that has a door number as well a building number. Nonetheless, this is unacceptable whether it was the case of a website fault or an employee to have the address incorrectly/partially provided to UPS.
I contacted UPS (also a nightmare in and of itself) and they confirmed only the street name was provided. Had my address updated with UPS.
We will see whether I receive what I actually ordered as now I am extremely skeptical of kidsco.co.uk. If I receive anything and if I do, the correct item, then this whole situation would be down to a very poorly designed website or human error when transferring my information to the courier.
I will also be checking the transaction details with the bank to make sure they charged me the correct amount.
Will leave an update in regards to the play kitchen from this horrendous website 😒

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Kidsco and feel it's important to share my experience to help inform potential customers.
I purchased an X-Rocker Basecamp bed from Kidsco which took weeks to arrive and I chased several times, but they never responded to any of my emails until eventually it showed up weeks later.
Unfortunately, it developed structural issues over time. Acknowledging the product's warranty, I contacted X-Rocker for support. They were responsive and advised me to return the item to Kidsco for a refund or exchange as the product had been recalled due to this very problem and provided a fault reference where retailers were notified of the recall.
However, the challenge arose when trying to communicate with Kidsco. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for assistance with the return since September, I have not received any response from them.
This lack of communication has not only been frustrating but has also left me with a defective product and dwindling options.
I decided to report them to Trading Standards for failing to fulfil their contractual duty. I am not sure if they will take action, but I would urge you to do the same if you are also having the same issues as the more reports they receive the more likely they are to address poor business operations like Kidsco.
I write this review not out of spite, but to highlight the importance of reliable customer service and communication, especially in post-purchase scenarios. A product's quality can be judged not only by its performance but also by the support provided by the retailer and their willingness to assist when issues arise. Unfortunately, in this instance, Kidsco has not met these expectations.
To potential customers, I advise caution and suggest considering the importance of customer service and support when making your purchase decisions.

Update to my previous review. The company have finally refunded me, I received the payment in June, 6 months late. To their credit, this payment came after I had completely written off the Hope of receiving a refund. It appears that Kidsco became overwhelmed and lack of communication exacerbated their problems, leaving many customers disappointed and out of pocket at Christmas. I cannot recommend them, but feel it is important to point out that the situation seemed borne of incompetence rather than dishonesty.

Do not buy from this company, total scam artists. Never received my sons Xmas present which I ordered in November despite assurances that it would arrive. Still haven’t received a refund despite emailing 100 times, don’t even get a response. No working phone number. Awful.

Worst company I've ever dealt with, bought a bike for it to arrive weeks late and be a completely different product to what we ordered. After contacting them we received nothing in regards to getting the issue resolved and had to go through our credit card company to get the money back. 4 months later we get an email asking for the bike back and saying they would come and collect, for nobody to even turn up! Stay well away from this company, I think from reading the other reviews we were lucky to even receive any products. Also, they say they have phone lines to call but are constantly turned off. If I could give less than 1* I would.
Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a bed for my son in December and it didn’t arrive, I asked them to cancel the order and applied for a refund, which I was told I would receive in 7 days, that was January and still not received anything from them. They are now ignoring my emails and have left us £600 out of pocket. Which under the current climate is disgraceful.

If there was a -10 star I would have chosen that instead of 1 star they don’t even deserve 0 star. Big let down for Christmas presents even with ordering 4 weeks before the big day. Never use this company for anything wouldn’t trust them with nothing. Customer service never respond or answer they just take your money. Luckily my bank claimed money back.
Refund never received
I order a bed for my son in December. It never arrived so I cancelled the order and had an email back saying I would get a refund. End of Feb and the refund has still not arrived. There is no way to get through to anyone. Absolutely shocking customer service, to say I am beyond disappointed is a major understatement. They should not be allowed to run a business like this. A response would be nice.

Christmas day came and nothing. I asked for refund and i got an email back stating my refund would be processed within 7 days . This was on the 7th January 2023. I am still waiting. They prey on people at christmas to part with their money and deliver nothing. DO NOT SUPPORT OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!! They have no soul, and empathy. Horrid company. Bike arrived 23rd December, we attempted to set it up Xmas eve to find the frame all bent, wheels buckled and pedals couldn’t even turn. I ordered a bike at the beggining of November and it never arrived I rang, I emailed and never got any reply’s! Anyway to my amazement this week I received a full refund nearly 4 months later! So on the website I went through the request a refund thinking I wouldn’t get anywhere but finally I have my money back so it’s worth a try if you are in the same position

SCAM. CONNED BY A WEBSITE SELLING CHILDREN'S TOYS! DISGUSTING! I am having the same experience as everyone else. Orded xrocker desk at 159.99 for my son for a TV he was having as a main Christmas present. Order placed 10 Dec. Email acknowledgement of purchase straight away. Another email few days before Christmas to say issues with delivery service and that all deliveries would arrive by 24th December. At this point I had accepted there were delivery issues beyond suppliers controls and had accepted I may receive it in the New Year. On Christmas day, I explained to my son that the letter I wrote to father Christmas hadn't mentioned a stand and that I would order him one in New Year. My son was happy with this plan. I sent another email on 16 Jan giving the company and delivery services a chance to catch up
Again I received an automated acknowledgement of my email and then a further email offering a refund or wait for order. I said I was still happy to still receive the order. I had an email informing me a member of customer service team would be in touch and I have received no email or phone call to date. I have since tried phoning, constant answer service stating busy over Christmas period. Yesterday 31st January I sent another email and this time no email confirmation of receipt. This is the first time I've been conned ordering online. I am disappointed this has happened but disgusted that people would use a children's toy site to pray on vulnerable people trying to get gifts. This was the only site still selling the xrocker on 10 Dec that I wanted. It all makes sense now!
