I ordered an “AirPods Pro Original Premium Quality ANC copy” from this seller on September 20, 2025. At first, everything seemed fine and the earbuds worked well. However, after about 3 months, the charging case battery started draining very quickly and would not hold a charge. About a month later, the left earbud completely stopped working.
I contacted the seller and explained the issue. They told me there was a 3-month warranty, but also said they would replace it if there were any problems. I messaged them again on February 04, 2026, but I have not received any reply up to today. Because of the lack of response and support, I have decided to post this review on March 04, 2026, and I am sharing proof of our conversation.
In my experience, the product quality did not last, and the after-sales service was very disappointing. If you are thinking about buying based on their promotional videos, I strongly suggest you think twice. It may look good at first, but if it stops working after a few months and you can’t get proper support, it’s simply a waste of money.
After I posted this as a comment on their page, they blocked me and deleted my comment. You can imagine why. It seems like they may be removing negative reviews from customers instead of properly addressing complaints. This is what can happen when you buy from pages that focus more on marketing and influencer promotions than on product quality and customer service.
I hope my experience helps others make a more informed decision before purchasing.
