Just a bunch of timewatsers! Agreed to come and buy and item we agreed a time and they sold it to someone else before I arrived..... AVOID!!!!!

I've used tech trolley a few times now, they have been absolutely excellent! I'm yet to find a fault with these guys. From Phoning updates to being greeted every time you walk In is brilliant. Top spec these guys! Highly recommend, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I dropped my Motorola Moto G53 on the floor and cracked the screen 😳 I took it to Tech Trolley on London Road, Blackwater. They replaced the screen for a good price, and it didn't take them long to do the job. The work is guaranteed for three months. This turned out to be a very worthwhile policy, as I did need to ask them to attend to an issue ... they were very tenacious in working to sort it out! They resolved things to my satisfaction. They really are hardworking and honest, and they are the kind of experts that we all sometimes need to turn to. I recommend them!

Ordered a new phone in September, it arrived quickly, well packaged and as described. Had no issues with it so far and very happy with the service. Will order again

Old phone died Tech Trolley looked at it free of charge but couldn’t be repaired, so looked online at their website and went for an upgrade. Delivery was quick phone in fantastic condition Tech Trolley went above and beyond with help and advise.

I've used Tech Trolley on a number of occasions, whether it be for tech support, purchasing from them or even trading in. I cannot fault them at all. The customer service is unbelievable and they always phone you before they continue to do anything. They are so lovely and helpful. This is my only go to place now for everything. Thanks

My iPhone was not charging and I have tried everything to clear the port. I took down today and this was resolved within minutes without any charge even though I am not a returning customer.

Had a problem recharging my iPhone, went on the live chat to see if they could help and got an answer within a few minute saying call in and they could have a look. Called in today and the problem was solved in a couple of minutes by a very pleasant chap who knew how to sort it straight away. Excellent customer service and I would recommend them.

I expected my delivery before my boy birthday but delivery came to much late .I was disappointed.

Got my phone battery replaced. Daniel ordered the battery last week and called me when it arrived as promised. Replaced within an hour as agreed and he also glued it back together better than when I left it! Also explained that the old battery was leaking and could have damaged the phone. Narrow escape!
My wife had her iPhone battery replaced 2/3 months ago and was equally pleased with the service. I'm happy to do a lot of tech fixes myself, but there are also some jobs where I want to hand it over to a pro. Glad to have these guys in the area.

Took my laptop in as it was running slow. Daniel sorted it out with no fuss. Good communication and a new hard drive, working perfectly now.

Guys down at tech trolley are amazing friendly and efficient arrived there today at 15:35 with my sons smashed I phone 11 left at 15:50 all fixed and working perfect what a service.

Very helpful assistance with my new phone purchase. Extended guarantees given with pre-owned items which is great, gives peace of mind and very reassuring. The two people I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent Service from Tech Trolley in Blackwater, had an issue regarding my port on my phone, they cleaned the port and did this free of charge.

Brilliant service and will be coming back.
